Well, your viewer being 60 years old and not a "new" reproduction, if the newer reproduction cost almost fifty bucks, yours must be worth more as an antique.

Bring it to antique car shows, (cruise nights), especially Chevy ones, and see what you can get for offers. Then bring it to antique dealers and compare prices. I wouldn't sell it right now, in case you have something pretty rare there, especially being an original. Do a search on Google, now that you know what it is. Good luck, and I hope you make a million. :)

just ron got a phone call from the an elder today...they want to "meet" with us.

lol like that's gonna happen, right?

anyway, at least they had the good sense to have brother hasn't pissed us off yet call instead of brother thinks we shouldn't feed our kids or brother beat our kid.

i haven't seen a thread for just this subject yet, and i'd like to see a thread to report any hard copy newspaper or magazine articles on the candace conti verdict anywhere in the u.s.. currently, all i have is a hard copy of the new york times, dated monday, june 18, 2012. the times didn't go into enough detail for what i would like, and i'm looking for more local newspaper or magazine listings that are or will carry this story in print.

i am looking for papers in the area of massachusetts or rhode island, but as long as i can get them in a newsstand locally, that will suffice okay.. thanks.. hubert.

Thanks, Barbara. I didn't look at the "fine print" under the article. I will from now on.

I do have some copies of the NY Times from June 18, but I don't like how they didn't mention the W.T. involvement too much. I am looking for a longer version of this article. Perhaps it will come out in a weekly news magazine soon.

Well, no bites yet.

The reason I put this thread out is because if you printed out any articles about the Candace Conti child abuse case and showed them to J.W.'s at your door, they will just dismiss it as "The internet, tampered with by Satan", and it won't even budge a J.W.

That is why we need "hard copies" of this news item. When confronted with J.W.'s at the door, and presenting a newspaper article, how can they say "it was tampered with by Satan".?

Especially if you have two or more different newspapers. They can't say "It's a typographical error", can they? This is why we all need to have a copy or two of newspaper articles, preferably a local paper or two, at the door in case we get a visit by j.w's.

Does this make sense to any of you?

New Video aka Sparlock- View of Active JW

so over the weekend i was in a cargroup for service, yes i still go out but i dont ring doorbells or knock i just go out to keep wife and other elders off my back, anyway the video came up and i said nothing about it but the other 3 people in the car ( a pioneer and 1 elder, 1 publisher) said that it was good.

yes you heard correctly good!

the pioneer even stated that the annimation was good and it is short enough to hold a young childs attention.

Did You Watch The Waltons?

if so, did you enjoy the show?.

i loved it.

missed quite a few episodes due to attending kh meetings, but i'm making up for that.. the show reminds me so of growing up in a large family, having to share everything, and looking out for each other..

The Waltons is still our favorite show. We get to see it Monday thru Friday, every week. The wife and I must have seen every episode ever made, at least three times. LOL! Although, every once in a while, we find one we either "forgot", or haven't seen. Not many, for sure. Good ole days? Maybe not, but different times, yes. Lots of good morals, too, even for todays kids.
