  Singles Clubs

  have any of you ever joined a singles club?.

  i've recently moved and don't know anyone in the new area.

  a friend suggested that this may be a way to better matriculate and start building a social network.. it's pretty pricey but my birthday is next week and i'm considering making this my present to myself this year.. any suggestions?

  yeah i can see how they could come to that conclusion. but the second documentary, the Virus of Faith, talks about belief systems being handed down form generation to generation with out any encouragement for investigation and truth seeking though opinions based on fact and evidence. it was a good viewing.

  i work in an environment at work that is a mix of adult ranging in age from 18-50. there are 300 plus people in the building, and that means you get a lot of soap operas happening from people sleeping with other people's girlfriends, boyfriends and even people cheating on their spouses with people they work with.

  among the bunch is a large group of people who spend a lot of time passing themselves around, and sampling many sexual partners.

  of the people who i know, i have often found that many do not seem as happy as one might think.

  I don't know...I'm just starting in on my sexually promiscuous lifestyle so I'll report back. Just a little background though, my finance and girlfriend of 5 years broke up with me about three weeks ago. Yes that is depressing, but I'm doing well. I just see this as an opportunity to get some of that tail that I couldn't have when I was in a monogamous relationship. Sort of a wild [edit] spree if you would.

  byob - how does this work in a restaurant setting (say, in new jersey for example .

  is it limited to wine or is hard liquor also allowed?.

  i'm trying to finalize arrangements for dinner on saturday and this is one last detail that i don't know how to resolve.. thanks in advance for advise and insight.. -aude..

  Good question. I've worked in several restaurants and at time people would bring in their own wine and we'd just charge them a corking fee. But I've never had anyone bring in hard liquor so I don't know. It's probably best to call and ask.

  Alone With the Opposite Sex

  over the last few months i have been training three different men for backup position of my job.. we are alone in my car all day.. as a jw, i remember one time, needing to go to another congo in a different town to work on a part at an assembly.

  i was to ride with the brother doing the part.

  he was probably at least 30+ years older than me.
