  How Tall Are You?

  Do you let spiders live in your home?

  i have one or two little spiders that i noticed living in my home... but i don't get rid of them hoping that they will keep the other bugs out.. does anyone else do this?.

  an attorney got home late one evening after a very taxing day trying to get a stay of execution for a client, named wilbur wright, who was due to be hanged for murder at midnight.

  his last minute plea for clemency to the governor had failed and he was feeling tired and depressed.

  as soon as he got through the door his wife started on about, "what time of night do you call this?

  They became witnesses and quit smoking

  often, i heard elders say that some tried to quit smoking for years unsuccessfully, but when they associated with witnesses, they were able to quit smoking.

  i can imagine how hard it is for a smoker to quit smoking.

  what reasons would a person quit smoking faster if they associate with witnesses?

  I miss my friends

  i saw a movie tonight and came home thinking about a couple old friends who are still witnesses.

  i miss them something awful.

  i needed to write, so i wrote in my journal for a while, but i really felt the need to write them directly.

  my wife and i grew up as jw's.

  i got disfellowshiped sixteen years ago [one of the best things that ever happened to me] and my wife left at the same time.

  Thanks for all the welcomes. The main issue I have is with my family who are still completely brainwashed. I have two children and have to deal with Christmas, birthdays, sports etc. I'm also still bitter about having to grow up as a borg. I'm sure a lot of you no how difficult that was.

  I'm new to this forum, I find it very informative. My wife and I grew up as JW's. I got disfellowshiped sixteen years ago [one of the best things that ever happened to me] and my wife left at the same time. Both of our families are still in the cult, so we still have to deal with that BS. I just want to say hello and thanks for all the information that gets posted. It really helps me deal with everything.
