  Good point about elders not wanting to go to thr cong in terr that they reside in because of personalitu clashes with othet elders.one specifically told me if the co forced him to go to asigned cong he would step down as elder.Some elders are very territorial and do not cooperate always cooperate with other elders not on there body so let the saueeze begin funny how the elders say obey but they do not always obey o well chalk it up to imperfection.

  Power being taken away from cobe and move to co now if elders do not cooperate with co they will be quickly removed with not much colatral damage to small cong power shift underway. Also more time to chase after inacative

  Some of these cobe have become little Napoleons with power trips now they will rule over 70 or less. Now more bro will forced to reach out because they cant just fade into large congregation.

  SO the days of large congregations are over small 70 pubs max thats it thats the strategy now you can have 6cong meet in one small building that is public friendly.

  Ok boys and girls this is the strategy 1. Force those publishers that live out of the territory to go to cong in there territory only ,co is already doing that here. 2. That will tell them what true needs are for merging .Those that do not obey co will be labled disobedient and will not get privledges.Next they will sell off halls that become less utilized because they are in area that is not public friendly.Next they will build those metro halls with the money from sell of less utilized halls.

  Disfellowshipped people are quickly reinstated / Japan

  i hear a number of disfellowshiped are quickly reinstated in acertain circuit in japan.one disfellowshipped person who are obviously in worldly.

  clothings, attended a meeting.whole congregation thought that person was not yet sincerely repented,but, announcement was made that the person was reinstated.branch office and circuit overseers are eager to bringdisfellowshiped back to the organization.local elders are not very pleased about it..

  I know a person who has put i 10 letters. They told the person were not ready to reinatate the person makes all the meetings for 3yrs the elders hate the person.
