  One moment of utter silence cuz of the sheer beauty of life.

  i have been writing some stuff about my jw-life to friends, and i have elton john - canddle in the wind on ... and okay i am feeling a bit mooshy and sobby-ish

  so, i just ran downstairs, and on my last step of the stairs, i looked into my living room, which was entirely dark, except for my christmas tree.

  and it just struck me, it is so darned beautiful.

  For Migraine Sufferer's

  ok, for those who suffer migraine attacks, when do you get them, and what do you do for them?

  prior to an injury in the school yard, (a teenager at the time) i never had a headache.

  my injury had all the symptoms of a migraine.

  I have major headaches daily, and those can develop into a full blown migraine, which happens about 1/4 of the time. Or in other words, I'm sick as a dog for one week a month.

  I have yet to find the cure, tried all sorts of things, diets, chiropractor, acupuncture (not working for me least, cuz I tend to panick the minite I see those needles, lol).

  Next to headaches, I find I am totally wiped out, too tired to do anything. My brain just refuses to work with me, no doubt for the shitload of meds I take to control the pain.

  I have no solution, even on minor-headache days I will feel like 80 years old at times. I wear coloured glasses to keep the light out (thank god that is considered cool in fashion )

  Sorry, I can't help, but I just felt like whining about it *whines*

  A dysfunctional morning

  today i wake up to the phone ringing someone had left a message, so i get up and look at the caller id it says robert mcuire, that is my x-brother in laws name.

  i was actually pleased i thought "oh robby found me" he married my monster sister when i was 9. i listen to the message and it is the monster i guess she is using robbies name has her phone under his name etc????????

  he lives somewhere else and hates her ????????
