Don't forget spider-man the movie, goonies 2, tron 2, the upcoming disney cartoons, peter pan 2, treasure planet (like treasure island but in the future), and a cute one I forgot the title about an alien who looks alot like a koala who comes to earth and becomes the pet of a girl who dosent realize hes a dangerous alien criminal.

Also there will be an all computer animated teenage mutan t ninja turtles (hero turtles for you europeans) that is true to the original comic book, dark, bloody and $%#^& cool.

There is a ton of movies and i hope god dosent kill all us apostates cuz' i wanna watch dem' movies.

so, the point is that jesus has not told his anointed ones certain things yet because the hour for them has not arrived.

kat_, thank you for your long and insightful post. This is why alot of us take the time to reply to self-righteous people like YouKnow, because we know many like you are sitting on the sidelines watching and seeing how both sides conduct themselves.

Your post made me feel better about giving the time to reply to guys like him. And anyone with a little common sense can see that indeed, there is a lot of arrogance, talking-down and hate in the 'preaching' of ones who tell you to repent or die.

And also, it is a tendency among JW's to categrozie all apostates as a big, organized anti-religion with satan as its head. When I left I spoke at length to an elder's son who is Bethel, and he told me 'Why are you joining this group? Don't you know they are crazy, full of hate and lie? They picket out in front of bethel and all they do is hate.' And when I told my mom that I had seen so much more love and compassion in 'worldy people', she said 'Of course they will treat you nicely, you are now one of them'

it's so much easier to think in black and white. The reality of the world is that many, many ethical issues are grey fuzzy. Good luck in your searches. I too, was scared that i wasn't good enough to debate with seasoned JW's. You'll soon gain confidence because you have real truth on your side. You dont have all the answers, but you do know one thing, the JW's are not worshiping God as they ought.

Well, there are 86,400 seconds in a day, and if you counted one JW a second it would take you, one man, 62 days to count them all. That's assuming you counted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with no stopping for eating, sleeping, scratching your butt or watching the latest episode of 'Friends.'

So technically, no 'one' man is able to number them all. Heheh wtahc the watchtower use this argument in a future Watchtower under 'Questions from Zombies'

Cuz it's just like the watchtower to insert new words into bible scriptures, like adding 'sustaining life' into the scripture that says 'abstain' from blood.

The thing I always keep in mind in the face of the relentless accusations of apostates is that Christ was also hated and reviled by his enemies. He of course forewarned us that the slave would not be treated any better than the master.

the information was presented in a way that depicted the wtbts as involved with the swaggart case and, therefore, false religion.. at first, i was shocked.

My friend Richard, he left the JW's with me when we were both 18. (Another reason I support DA'ing yourself, you make a bold statement and others may leave with you)

Anyway, he mows lawns now and they would not allow him to mow the lawn of the kingdom hall. What would be the reasoning for this??? Will he taint the JW grass, maybe plant literal 'seeds of doubt' in the lawn??
