the early church had travelling ministers, deacons and elders. congregations of people who met on certain dates and for the reason of breaking bread. http://www.rosarychurch.net/consecration/justin.html do you think that it is important to maintain this as a form of worship? many young people are moving away from formal worship like this and aren't part of a church family...what do you feel will be the possibility of manifestation of a congregation as the elders pass on and there is no one(?) to fill the pews?.
(you can put this in your "for what it's worth" file: I think that the emergence of mystical spirituality and do your own thing god[ess] conscienceness is putting the organized church on a collision course with modernity that is fortold in the bible...2 thess 2:7)
