I'm sorry to hear that you all suffer from migraines. Me too, I usually can tell when one's coming on. My scalp starts feeling tingly, then then pain hits. It's very intense accompanied by sensitivity to lights, and strongs smells. Also I get nausea. I've probably tried every remedy ever suggested, but nothing helped.
