we're getting together next tues (i've been working overtime, so i haven't had any contact since i started posting on here.
) i'm soooo nervous, i just know she's going to try to talk me out of quitting.
Oh yeah, it's definatly emotional black mail. Like when she called today. "I just called to see how you were." I've missed you, I know you've been working, but when can we get together." God, I hate myself for even getting in this mess in the first place.

Frenchy, I am convinced, it's just that I'm really shy. I know what I want to say, but then when the time comes to say it, my brain stutters so to speak. I have a letter written, I don't know, it just seems kinda chickensh*t to do it that way.

i usually delete these type of emails, but thought it was an interesting analogy and i thought i'd share.... .
a young woman went to her mother and told her about her life and how things were so hard for her.
she did not know how she was going to make it and wanted to give up.
I've had a lot of bad experiences in life, but I have learned from them too. I'm a coffee bean.

Well I'm not a mom either, but I do have 5 cats. My 8 year old niece sent me an email card for mothers day. It said this is from your cats. Kinda corny, I know, but I thought it was sweet.

I guess I should rephrase my question. My first study was from the "Require Brochure" and that was some time ago. I don't have my copy anymore. Since I've decided to quit studying I don't want to ask for another one. I would like to read it again though, now that I have learned the "real" truth behind the WTS. listining to this song today i thought how well it went along with the wtbts coverup and the changing tides in the favor of the children, adult survivors and those who are fighting for them.. thank you bill bowen and company for your effort, hard work, and sleepless nights.

i have been studying with the jw's for several years.
they have been pressuring me to become one of them, but something seems to be holding me back, instinct maybe?
i agree a lot of their teaching are good, and i'm sure are the truth but here are a few of the things that bother me: jw's use the scripture hebrews 10:25 not forsaking the gathering of yourselves together...... to justify their meetings.

as a mystical christian, i am just as distressed about child molestation as is mr bowen.
however i wonder about this man's motives.
why did he choose to handle his row with the witness organization in this way?
And since they have been so patient and compliant, year after year, their Jehovah has sent Mr. Bowen to right the wrongs, vindicate their spirit. With Jehovah's backing he will not fail.
This was my thought also. I think Bill has great courage. My prayers are with him and the others, who are trying to help these victims.
