  i just got back from going to the nasher sculpture museum in downtown dallas.

  they are having a showing of a rare collection of picasso paintings and sculptures that everyone is talking about.. i'm starting to wonder... maybe i'm not as cultured as a thought.

  nearly every time i looked at one of his works i found myself thinking: "what the hell was mug smoke'in when he did that?

  Personally I enjoy looking at art that catches my eye, like water paintings that are bright. I would be more interested if I could actually paint and draw. For some art can be the work they do, for me it is an art bending conduit and making it look uniform!

  Can a Skeptic believe in God?

  recently i got the winter edition magazine of the ontario skeptic news and found a great six page article on "can a skeptic believe in god?

  and what a great read it was, some of the points were well versed.

  it went into some detail of believers and non believers arguing about god, what i found interesting was how at the end of the argument both sides would have felt they had won the argument.

  One of the interesting things about the skeptics is they can give you the ability to learn reason, for those who only think in one direction becoming a little skeptical will give you a better ability for choice on issues.

  Recently I got the winter edition magazine of the Ontario Skeptic news and found a great six page article on "Can a skeptic believe in God? And what a great read it was, some of the points were well versed. It went into some detail of believers and non believers arguing about God, what I found interesting was how at the end of the argument both sides would have felt they had won the argument. I am not a member of this organization but have found some of there topics and free seminars very interesting.

  This article will be available on line in a few months at http://www.skeptics.ca . There was one sentence in the article that really made sense to me and here it goes,

  "the bottom line is that we do not need the concept of God for any immediate practical purpose"
