you bring shame upon our country, and i feel angry with both of you.. there are certain rules that people abide by.. 1. you never insult / criticise someone's kids unless you want their parents to hate you.. 2. you don't foist your religious beliefs upon others, because, in so doing, you appear to be taking the moral highground, and this is extremely irritating.

Yes, but most of us here have PERSONALLY suffered(myself included), some very greatly, as a result of the WTS and it's doctrines.

As someone who was in banking for years, I have to commend you for your honesty! Yes, that shortage would have been on that tellers record. Get enough of those, and they're history.
The one nice thing that stand out in my mind is when my purse fell out of my car unbeknownst to me. I was a teenager and hadn't closed my door properly. I kept my purse on the floor of the car, next to the door. So, when I turned a corner, the door flew open and my purse fell out in the middle of the street. I didn't realize what happened until I got home. I was so upset. I went back to where it happened, but nothing was there. So, I resigned myself to having to replace everything.
That evening the phone rings. A couple that had been visiting the area picked up my purse. They then mailed my purse and it's entire contents to me.

what do americans in general actually really know about the big outside world outside of their own culture?.
it's certainly not just me, but for years since early childhood in fact, it has been commonly accepted by many, that americans in general are the biggest ignorant fools residing almost anywhere on the planet, yet they still do their damndest to have everyone believe what a great nation they are.
is it even beyond their comprehension how foolish they look often to the rest of the world, the fact that they have so little understanding of problems on the worldwide front?.
In fact, I went to California last summer, which is on the opposite side of the continent from where I live and all my assumptions about it were wrong AND I LIVE HERE.
Heck! Most Californians don't know much about California! Most "southerners" believe that Cali stops at Bakersfield. Most don't know that Cali is the largest Ag state in the nation and that the central valley(that stretch of land that separates us from those snooty Northerners, oh yeah..THAT'S Cali too) grows 20 percent of the WORLDS produce.
Oh yeah...we have Disneyland and Hollywood too.
