I knew this was gonna be a hilarious thread when I saw the title!
LOL!
hello my children.
there have been some posts today debating what i might say in certain situations.
to make things easy for all of you that may have questions for how i may react or respond to certain situations i thought i would just start a thread to answer all your questions.
I knew this was gonna be a hilarious thread when I saw the title!
LOL!
ray franz requested that i post the following comments written by him:
as has been stated already, the presentation made from the silent lambs source in connection with the child abuse issue completely misrepresents my position.
when i spoke by phone recently with the author of that presentation, and pointed out that i had never expressed the views presented, his comment was that from his previous conversation with me (held some months earlier) he "got the impression that i was not on the same wave length" with him.
no elders meeting, where is the hot sexy content?
YOU! Dannybear!!
IN THE BACK ROOM, NOW!

Ummmmm not that "I" would know, but I have "heard" that many younger men that are attracted to older women is because there aren't the head games to deal with like there are with women their own age.
Older women tend to be more secure.
Older women tend to know what they want and aren't not afraid to ask for it, or least show "them" how to give it to them.
Older women are less inhibited.
Older women are usually have no interest in a commitment.
Makes sense to me!

let's face it.... the only reason the d.c. sniper was caught was because his pride--arrogance, really--got out of hand.
he bragged about another cold-blooded killing that he had made a month ago.
what his stupid ass didn't realize is that he gave a break to competent officials who were looking for any opening.
It would seem to me--if I was a mortal enemy of the U.S.--that KNOWN mortal enemies of the U.S. has taken note of the way this story has played out. They have tvs, too.
I saw Steve Emerson on C-span last week. He expressed almost the same thought. In short, even if it "wasn't" a terrorist, don't think they aren't taking notes on how little it takes to terrify millions of people.

Deddaisy,
I have great admiration for the steps that both Mr. Bowen and Mr. Franz took in their lives in order to live by convictions that the WTS failed to possess. What each gave up by taking those steps says a great deal about each as a person. But I said "steps," I personally know neither man and cannot say I would stand behind either in every circumstance. I could not honestly say that I would stand behind my husband no matter what decisions he made. Following another unconditionally is dangerous. Its most likely why so many are in situations in which independent thinking is prohibited.
Great post!

I would be happy with just about anything, but since you asked............
I love handmade gifts. Ornaments, etc. Really, though, it doesn't matter what it is.
I love candles. However, skip the cinnamon scent.
Books. Especially, more "personal" biographies on historical figures. You know, the type that are informative and humorous.
I adore Victorian/romantic/country decor. So, any kind of object, or nik-nak, would be a good choice. Like something you can pick up a thrift, antique, or used "stuff" store. Especially old lace. And plates, and pictures, with florals (esp. roses). I also collect teacups with saucers. Picture frames are good too.
Again, I'm happy with just about anything. I'm 40. 41 tomorrow...UGH!

Scooter! thanks so much for organizing this

i know i'm going to get a few "you're an asshole" responses but bear with and read and than decide if i performened a greater good or wrong.. situation:.
i'm driving down the main road to my side street.
i have some retard mom driving a mini-van following me with an 8-10 year old child in the front seat.. i approach a stop light (red) and this bitch (irresponsible parent) riding my ass.
well, I think it was a good idea - it may save the kids life in future and make dumb-parent think twice.
I might agree with you, Simon, had TT KNOWN what the outcome would have been. But, he didn't. He deliberately, WITH MALICE, risked injury to a CHILD to teach this idiot MOTHER a lesson. To use the excuse that it MAY save a child in the future is beyond pathetically weak.
In a magazine I used to read in my younger days, every month they would give
"thump on the head" to those that would say things that are, well, lets just say, questionable and "thick". So, sorry to say, I have to do this to you, Simon, but:
"THUMP!"
Andee
P.S I"m all for teaching the woman a lesson WITHOUT risking injury to the kid.

TT,
I have one request.
Please don't breed.
Thank you.
