How long can a paperback bound volume really last for anyway?
I'm not sure if you've seen the newest bibles, but the soft cover is thin and plastic-like, so I think it'll stand up to sweat and oils. The newest bound volumes have that exact material, so they're not as bad as the new small books.

The literature servant told me that bound volumes will no longer be hard-cover. But they're still to be produiced, just with the same non-leather soft cover used on the bibles. I actually saw one for 2005.
i am half way through the book and am finding some surprising information.
i was always told that the gb met on wed. and prayed before considering their decisions on things, but was i surprised that different ones were given the assignments and to use if they wanted other "worldly" written things and then were off on their own to work independantly or w/another to come up w/the book, etc.. also, the malawi and mexico difference in treatment.

For the longest time, I felt and concluded that the GB was deluded. I thought they were sincere quacks. So I was mainly apathetic to the whole WT world and not upset with it. But then I read about the Mexico/Malawi double standard. The nausea and sadness were intense. From then on I realized just how cold they really were.

At install it does specifically mention not to have any anti-virus software running, but thats along with the standard instruction to have all other apps closed. It is a might larger though, isn't it?
Anyway, the help file has a blurb on the cd's new features and enhancements. Maybe all this does account for the increase. Maybe not. Here's the reformatted list:

I think that the most reasonable conclusion to draw from all the terrible things that happen to the innocent is that god doesn't intervene at all. So what's the point of asking for anything right?
But, a handful of times, I've been very worried about one or other of my immediate family, and I found myself saying stuff along the lines of "I don't think you play favourites, but if there's any way that you do look out for good people, that in my shortsightedness and ignorance I failed to see, please look out for so and so now. I don't deserve to ask anything of you cuz I don't have full confidence in you but they sure do."

I think alot of us here have done that already. And I agree with you that sometimes posters are rude. I'll admit that on some threads (e.g. aliens or Bible Codes) I get a little carried away and poke fun at some of the ideas expressed in them. If any of the posters to those particular threads were hurt by my comments, I apologize. (edit to add: while I'm at it, I apologize to you if my using red in jest offends you. Its only meant in fun dude)
I completely disagree with you though, on your different rant about what can only be Leolaia's posts. She just wants to give any readers the benefit of what she's learned. The wealth of research she distills into the posts are phenomenal. The tone of her posts have always struck me as being very objective and never given me the slightest hint of being personal rebuffs. Just focus on the material.

That Allogenes probably isn't in the gospel at all is a bit of a letdown. I enjoyed the pondering over of the possible roles he would have played. Hopefully there's more than one plot twist to it, and the heresiologists just mentioned the one doozey of a spoiler.
