Thanks for taking the time for giving background to this story. I did not realize how far back this story went because doing a search for Rayvin only went back to 2005.
I did not see your last post, before I posted my immediate post above.
I did not believe that your comments about lengthy rehash of past posts was solely directed to me, and even if I did, I would remember that wounds of a friend are more considerate than the kisses of an enemy.

Overnight I have reviewed in my mind all the details of this thread and have arrived at this position, that if anything substantial is to surface in this story we have to locate the person, male or female, who calls herself/himself Rayvin Guiliani.
Why? Because we have to locate the individual to see if they are taking their meds.
Or we have to consider that someone with a good knowledge of JW stuff is playing with us to make us look like fools or fishing for sympathy or financial aid.
What makes me think this; there are too many anomalies and discrepancies in the story.
Some details:
The link posted on page one in this thread by Free to See is dated Apr. l, 2003.
I do a membership search for Rayvin and find she is only listed on this board since July 13, 2005 and assume she had a previous existence on the board. Her posts since 2005 do not intuitively seem to me to be written by the same person.Restrangled posts another link, with a more extensive letter from Rayvin that doesn’t jive with the earlier posted letter. Now we find that Jason R, jumped off a building and is recorded has having died of an aneurysm. I thought originally he could have taken poison or warfarin, rat poison, that caused bleeding No way can a person jumping from a building be described as dying of an aneurism causing internal bleeding.
Change the name Rayvin to Raving. Giuliani, where have we heard that name before, why not Elvis, Napoleon or Cleopatra.
Rayvin’s stories are focused on mal-functional families, loss of property and finances, ill-health, wheelchairs, missionary/pioneer terminology etc.
Yup, I could go on, but locate RavingRayvin first, then pursue or kill this story.
I apologize to anybody if anything I have written has lead them down the garden path or on a wild goose chase.
I also sincerely apologize to Dan Sidlyk and the Watchtower for having promulgated unsubstantiated allegations.
I also have started a new thread called Certainty of Uncertainty.

From what I have read, a portion of which I posted on the other thread, there are reams and reams of regulations for Not For Profit Cemeteries. It is not considered, I believe, as private land. They may be open to the public. They are easily found by typing Not For Profit Cemeteries NY State and see what comes up. They are regulated just like commercial cemeteries. Permits are involved. The only thing you can do with a corpse is to move it from one grave to another in the same graveyard without a permit.
I have not yet done a search on Death by Suicide regulations. If the WT has all the permits in place and they are legitimate then we will have to drop it. If not, they are open to investigation, and you the public in the US can demand that it be investigated.

At last we are getting a few more hard facts
However what you have only posted above is only a portion of what Ravyn posted. Here is her complete comments of her April 1, 2003 post:
I went to visit 'bethel' farm where Watchtower prints the magazines etc. I went off the tour to the little private graveyard and saw a fresh grave with a name on it I knew. I asked about it and was told the young man died of an aneurysm. I used to babysit this kid in Georgia when Iwas a teen ager. So I wrote his mother a sympathy letter.
A month later I was subpoenaed to appear in court AGAINST the Watchtower. It seems that Jason died from a suicide and Watchtower was trying to cover it up because it was in response to a gay affair with one of the governing body memebers('apostles')and to keep the parents from getting an autopsy they had exhumed the body and had it cremated and were claiming the grave never existed. BUT--I saw the garve and wrote a letter saying I saw it on such and such date, etc...
Waiting in the motel room for the trial the next day I was visited by legal reps for Watchtower asking me to lie. I asked them what they would do for me if I was put in jail for perjury, they said they could not do anything since they were not even supposed to be there talking to me. so I told them I would not lie.Farther down in the same thread is another post by Ravyn dated: 02-Apr 03 13:21
country girl--the parents lost the suit. funny thing, when I spoke with Mr. Greenberg at NBC when they were trying to get the Dateline stuff together--he did some reseacrh and found out that the particular hospital where jason may have been taken to was miles out of the way for WTBS and also has a closed file policy on public records. hmmmmmmmm
the last I heard, the mother had been contacted by Silentlambs and she denied ever even having a son named Jason! so someone got paid off.OK, somebody, I am 3000 plus miles away. Who can check with Mr. Greenberg?
Number 2: Who knows Silent Lambs on a familiar basis to find out the mother's name so then we can verify what Jason R's last name is. After that we can find public records, doctor's reports, coroner's report if available, cadaver transit permits, disinterrment permits etc. So far no one has given us the name of the Watchtower cemetery or what corporation's name. Doing a search on Watchtower Cemetery brings up a Florida Corp. but no details. Cemeteries have to watch their Ps and Qs, If what the WT has allegedly done is a cover up it is a felony.
This is not about how nice guy D. Sidlyk's is, neither about whether he is bi-lingual or not. All he has to say is, I thought that from Jason R's demeaner he was gay, and as GB member I was testing him to see if he was or not. All for Jehovah and his clean organization.

Suicides Bethel
I did a search on JWD for Bethel Suicides, there may be more, here are some interesting results:I know of 4..............2 at Bethel! 1 Richard Wheelock Pressroom overseer for over 40 years.............It was after his death (jumping out a window at the farm) that the society soften their stand on suicides............They NOW MIGHT have a resurrection hope.......That was kind (posted by Newboy)

There were two suicides I heard about while I was at Bethel in the seventies, though I cannot recall the names, one Bethelite a night watchman at the Squibb jumped down an elevator shaft, Bethel called itan accident the police called it a suicide, another I heard about just before I went to Bethel a Bethelite jumped off one of the factory building to his death landing in a vacant lot across the street(posted by Boxed elder)
Note something interesting in the last incident. Why did he jump down an elevator shaft and
not the simpler method of jumping out the window? Could it be that he blamed his despondency on his own shortcomings and did not want to bring reproach on God's name? ( been there, done that).Also Bethel called it an accident the police called it a suicide. Here is another subterfuge attempt by by WT to cover up suicides at Bethel that adds support to the young lad death earlier in this thread.
