did you ever go to the service group and be assigned to the different car groups.....and then....the sister that is assigned to go with you...decline and say...'i am just going by myself today and do my return vistits by myself'..... damn, i should have complained about that one!
it was very rude!

Feeling sooo isolated.....

hello to all, i was raised pretty much as a jw and became one of the super goodie two shoes type, you know......didnt even swear when i was alone.. im now disfellowshipped and since i followed the guideline of not having friends outside the organization i now find myself completely alone, my friends are all jw's and none of them can talk to me.
so now i feel lost....on another planet almost .

Hi there, this is such a big change for you in your life. You will be okay as long as you follow your heart, whether to stay in or come out of the organization. For the first time in your life you can chose what you truly want to do.
All the best to you, and don't be hard on yourself. Just take baby steps.

Wow Tyrone, dont know quite what to say. Obviously you are still happy in the organization and thats good and that is your choice. On this forum, we all have a right to our opinion. So please let us have our comments and opinions and you can have yours.

i have run into 3 witnesses in the past couple of days.

by findingmyself inwhy is it that jw`s discourage you to search online for things dealing with jw`s?
if you are firm in your beliefs and you know you have the truth why be so afraid of that you will stumble upon some kind of "apostate" literature?
does anyone know exactly why jw`s shun there freinds and family for being dfed?

this makes me laugh and sick at the same time. i had a prominent elder tell me at a get together, that you should not use the internet...you could start abusing yourself...i was offended, and i thought what a stupid, inappropriate thing to say to a sister at a get together. i felt sick inside after that one.
