My cousin just asks me that. If you are a loving person and your religion said that God is love, how come when a person committed a sin you don?t speak to them you turn your back for that person who needs you now more than ever. He said that not love, the religions is another business.

When I read that for the first time I didn?t want to believe. Then I was frustrated that there were the number 1914 came from. So I learned, (late but I did it); always investigated and questioning everything, like they ?teach us? and like the bible said about the people in Berea.

i went in baldwinsville ny around 1988.

I undertand they updated it in the early 90's.

Yes, they updated in 1996 or 1997 and now they printed, I think another version. And you can take the school again; you know it i s new food for pioneers (ha ha ha ha)

How did you feel about "apostates" when you were a devout JW?

when i was a devout jw i would literally look at "apostates" picketing the assemblies and want to spit at them because i hated them that much and felt that they were of satan.

i remember one time i saw an "apostate" walking from the assembly and a friend of mine an myself were actually talking about confronting him and telling him off.

i just cannot believe how much i hated "apostates" when i was a jw.

I hated them. But later I felt sorry for them, because they turned their back to Jehovah. And of course I didn?t want to be near any of them. When my friend gave me the book Crisis of Conscience I was so angry with him and I was scared because Jehovah was going to be sad and mad with him. But, thanks to the ?apostate? and my dearest friend, I learned more that I did when I was a ?devoted JW?.

Yes, in 1997.

I really enjoy the two weeks so much that I want to take it again. I read and write everything they said. I?m still having de book. And of course I have the new one. I want to know, what they changed if they change something.
