the reason i ask is that i seem to have a very short attention span.
I would say it's both. I find it very hard to do just one thing at a time. I get anxious and annoyed.
For instance, right now I'm working on a layout, writing on here and on another board, and thinking about a new campaign we need to work on... Doing just one thing bores the hell out of me.

I guess my wife and I are geeks for horror movies, psychologicals or gorefests.
I'm a big music and movie buff.
I have also spent the last 20 years reading horror, mystery and fantasy books (I guess you can add the Bible to the 'fantasy' list)

Hmmm, let's see... Anything that has to do with Star Wars! So far I have read 52 SW novels... My fave character is Boba Fett. I even have a Boba Fett tattoo on my arm! I also collect the Star Wars Lego sets.
Just yesterday my wife got me the Mighty Muggs-Boba Fett figure! It's standing on my desk right now...
I also enjoy my Playstation 3 inmensly...
the local news just reported that it is now only supposedly 100 miles above earth, yet will supposedly not happen until the end of february.
oh, and they supposedly do not know where it will happen.

Rev-these situation, as we discussed last night, can become tricky, because JWs cannot help but inserting their religion in every topic. Specially when conversing with a 'lost sheep' like yourself.
Both of you will have to fill yourselves with patience as it will become obvious that they expect to be able to tell you anything and trying to guilt-trip you and yet, won't want to listen to your POV of the situation or the religion... but the freedom you feel after 'coming out' of the proverbial 'postate closet, is well worth the grief.
