I too feel that when you are braindead, you're braindead. I like the statement about "if the Governing Body confessed..." etc I have said many times that if JWs saw video of the GB members involved in bestiality, they would still go on in their merry, "Alice in Winderland" course.

Purse snatcher at convention!

i was in the right place at the right time to catch it all.. this guy grabbed this sister's purse and made off with it.
she screamed and several brothers were in purseuit.

This guy grabbed this sister's purse and made off with it. She screamed and several brothers were in purseuit. This guy was really fast, and the bros' chasing hime were old, fat, and lame as a result of only being able to walk very slowly from door to door.
As the bros' were chasing this guy, he fell over a contribution box. The bros' gained on him as he scampered to his feet and he again got under way. He bolted to the left, down an aisle and fell over another contribution box. The bros' caught up a bit as this guy got back up and began to run.
He turned right down a corridor and fell over another contribution box, got up and fell over another one right beside the first one. The brothers got close enough to grab his shirt, but he slithered out of their grasp and made off down the stairs.
He was halfway down the stairs when he fell over another contribution box and, oh that's gotta hurt, he tumbled all the way down the rest of his fall.
Fortunately for him, there was a dozen contibution boxes at the bottom that broke his fall and he survived the ordeal. He would have gotten away at this point, but as he tried to open the door, he found that it was blocked by contribution boxes.
The sister got her purse back, but in the ordeal, apparently, her wallet opened up and spilled into one of the contribution boxes and she had no money left for lunch.
So, I bought her lunch for her.

In one talk at the DC, the speaker went on about how 'when people fnd out the truth, they are disillusioned and their whole life is turned upside down'.
I couldn't help but think of an earlier talk where the speaker sounded out about "some brothers" who are incorporating their own ideas when they speak. He went on that "these brothers say things that are technically correct, but with double meanings, they couch their words..."
Was the first speaker (above) couching, and speaking about what it's like to find out that the WTBST are a bunch of lying dogs?

have you ever written the united states holocaust memorial museum ( http://www.ushmm.org/topics and brought to their attention any of the unbelievable facts that you and others have uncovered at your web site?
such as eric frost saving his skin and selling out the others, the 1934 yearbook, only 635 prison deaths that include 203 executed but now has suddenly become 1,000s, how it was all the churches fault even though a few 1,000 poor priests (at least 5 times more than jw victims) were executed in the camps etc.

I am composing an information package that will be sent heavy into Jewish neighborhoods. It will be along the lines of [I"You have been misled" and "Did you know that during the Holocaust, Hitler was urged on by the Watchtower leadership"[/I] and site the 1934 yearbook and the letter from JF Rutherford to uncle Adolf.
It will be presented very professionally, and sent to all the rich and powerful Jews.

Well, I think the rapture is going to be a rupture. Keep studying the Bible though, and build faith in God.
I don't want to push my ideas on how Christ "will gather" from "one corner of the Earth to the other", ad you know the verses about two women at the well etc.
I just put faith in Christ. All he saw fit to use in description of how he will do it is "as eagles are gathered to a carcass", so will we all be gathered to the Christ.
I go no farther.As far as Van impotent, he's nuts.

I was scanning the television last night and ran across the great reverend Dr. Jack Van Impe. He was offering some of his own 'new light'. He said that his earlier interpretation of a 'generation' was incorrect. He said that it's not 40 years, but rather 51.5 years. This, he said, makes the second coming 2018. So, he pushed forward the date for Armageddon another 11.5 years.
My first encounter with the good doctor was when I accidentally tuned in to his broadcast back in 1989. I was trying to get an old television to work for the garage, and his program came on. Interestingly, he just happened to be warning his viewers about, you guessed it, Jehovah's Witnesses. He said to 'stay away from them'.
As the old saying goes "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em". I guess VanImpotent realizes a good $thing$ when he sees it! He has learned well from his master, the Devil, through his approved Channel.
Interestingly, to “channel” with respect to supernatural things, means to be a medium, or a ‘go-between’, a spirit medium. Besides the fact that only Christ is the “medium” or “channel” through whom human kind may approach God, the Scriptures themselves condemn the seeking of “spirit mediums” or “spirit CHANNELS”. The Watchtower, and hence it’s representatives, claim to be such a “channel”, or spirit medium, and Jehovah’s Witnesses worldwide are told to, and willingly seek out this “medium” (middleman).
What do the Scriptures say as to how these will fare at God’s hand.
DEATH!
And this, added to the fact that they openly “add to Scripture”, willingly going against the warning at the end of the Revelation to John.

That's exactly correct RationalW...
The GB have taken all the complaints about their hypocritical conduct and lying deceits, and folded them into this drama. It was a pile of crap. Or as the Bible puts it "a dungheap".
Some here and on other boards say "the GB is running scared", and others come along and say "you make too much of it and they are not really concerned"...
The fact is, if the GB were NOT running scared, then why all this attention to the internet, which was talked about dozens of times at this DC. And why all the attention to their "authority" at this DC. etc...
The whole assembly was dedicated to bolstering the GB's authority and their feeble attempt to act against the internet. They are loosing, and they know it!
Howl, you hypocrites.
This assembly really exposed the fact that the Wa$htower Fable and Crap Society is monitoring this and other boards. They are looking, or feeding, at "Satan's Table" as they call it.
The idiot hypocrite Governing Body tells all the dobs in the pews to "not look" and to "not read", yet THEY THEMSELVES LOOK, AND THEY THEMSELVES READ.

The DRAMA was about, what else, the GB's authority. They sat themselves firmly in the seat of Moses. The drama was about when the rebelious sons of Korah wouldn't accept Moses responsibility. This was followed by a talk which allogorized the Bible account with the GB assuming the "seat of Moses" in the same manner as was done by the Pharasees.
Jesus accused those hypocrites of "seating" themselves "in the seat of Moses" and the hypocrites at the Watchtower, the Governing Body, now commit the pinacle of blasphemy. May God rebuke them for their error.
They invented words for the sons of Korah, like "Moses is cunning" and he is "brainwashing Israel". All the things they do at WTBTS and now the filthy animals, those vile offspring of serpents, mock those who expose their error by filling the minds of the audience with this refuse. They are programming the dubs in advance, so that when the GB are exposed as "brainwashers", the dubs will already be pre-programmed to respond in the Watchtower way.
I want to throw up.
