Women, girls, ladies -- 5 biggest "turn on's" / "turn off's"
by logansrun inladies,.
in preperation for a class i'll be taking starting next month entitled "history of love, sex and marriage" i would like to probe your heart's desire to find out the 5 biggest turn on's and 5 biggest turn off's you find in men.
and well, hell, i also would just like to add to my general knowledge.

I wonder if there is a dichotomy between what women say they like in men, and what they actually are attracted to. Perhaps they say they don't like "materialistic" men, but really, deep down, they are.
If that is true of little old me I would have never married my husband. For the first 7 years of our marriage I was the breadwinner or the one who made the most money.

I need advice, please help.
by lola28 ini went to meeting last night (don't ask) and someone asked me to go out in service.
i was taken by surprise and actually agreed to do street work on saturday.
the sister that i'm supposed to work with has always been very kind to me and i know that there is no one else in our hall that will go out with her on saturday morning.

I grew up in the San Franciso Bay Area and no I've never heard of anyone going out to field service at 6 in the morning but I did grow up in the suburbs. Maybe that's normal for the city?

Annoying relatives
by greendawn indo you happen to have annoying, troublesome relatives (including all the inlaws), jws as well as non jws, that irritate you with their actions?

Yes I have those too but I make a point to interact as least as possible with them, which is quite easy now that I live over 2000 miles from most of them

"TRUE" Christianity? My Thoughts..........
by Sunspot inthe wts takes great pride in announcing that because they go from door-to-door to preach their beliefs, that they are "chosen" by god to represent him--the only ones who have the right to do so.. very misleading advertising, imho.
the facts being, that followers of jesus worldwide are living their lives in the true meaning of his teachings as they unselfishly give of themselves every day.. my understanding of "true" christianity vastly differs from that of the watchtower society.
my reasoning is this;.

My husband and I are in the process of opening a small retail business and I so do not want to have to hire any jws. Isn't it legal to discriminate based on one's religion? I hope to be able to screen people discreetly so as not to get into to any trouble about this. -
