Not a beer drinker, hubby likes Labatt's. I prefer a sing-a-por-sling. Love that drink. Goes down like soda pop, hits me like a rock.

Tinkerbell
Just wanted to express my sympathy to you and your sister-in-law and family, what a very sad thing to have happened, but as I read your posts, it shows me who your true friends are and who are not, I have experienced also in past when things go terribly wrong in ones life and you expect support from org. and people in org. that the support is not there. I have been at a point in my life once or twice where I thought taking my life was the only way out, it's a terrible feeling. But I got through it. Once again my sincere Condolences to you all. Take care. I'll be thinking of you.

CONGRATULATIONS
I bet if feels great to finally feel FREE. I took my box of books when I left and knocked on my JW sisters door handed them to her and said I was never going to be a JW again and never going to return to hall. That felt good at least she knew where I stood.ALL THE BEST TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.

Do animals go to heaven?
by master chief ingood question do animals go to heaven?
i ask this because jws say to me they dont, only humans go to heaven they say "that sounds like crap to me" surely animals are precious to god as well as humans and think at least animals dont use humans to test on!!
!and where does the bible say that animals dont get eternal life

I don't know for sure if animals go to heaven, I love animals, and would like to think there is a heaven for them. One time in conversation with a sister who had 2 dogs this subject came up, and she was told they do not go to heaven, if I am correct, eventually she left the org. because she was upset to think that her beloved animals would not go to heaven, and she didn't want to be part of an org. that taught that way.

df vs disassociation
by freebird incan someone provide me some insight or past experience with the pros and cons to disassociating oneself versus getting disfellowshipped?
besides the obvious of not having to deal with the lynch squad.
thanks for you comments.

Doesn't much matter if your DF'D or leave on your own, I left on my own and still am shunned by family. Their loss, but some luck out and have nice families who regardless of whether they leave or not won't shun them.
