I've got Pandora on my 'puter and it's so cool. I've got one of my stations named Cake and they select songs in that venue and right now Cake is playing "The Distance".

Why, why can't a girl start the lawn Mower?
by restrangled inok, my husband is in bed, there is just enough light to mow the lawn.
the gas tank has just been refilled, and there is fresh oil.damn it, i have primed it as required, and have pulled and pulled and pulled the stupid string.. why cant the damn thing start with out a guy???
my husband is now asleep and the damn lawn is 5 inches tall.. god help me!!!!!!!!!.

Dateline predators will NOT be prosecuted
by candidlynuts intexas da won't prosecute any pedophiles nabbed in nbc 'predator' showthursday, june 28, 2007. .
murphy, texas a sting in which police teamed up with "dateline nbc" to catch online pedophiles was supposed to send a flinty-eyed, texas-style warning about this dallas suburb: don't mess with murphy.. instead, it has turned into a fiasco.. one of the 25 men caught in the sting a prosecutor from a neighboring county committed suicide when police came to arrest him.
the murphy city manager who approved the operation lost his job in the ensuing furor.. and the district attorney is refusing to prosecute any of the men, saying many of the cases were tainted by the involvement of amateurs.. "certainly these people should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, but the fact that this was all done for television cameras raises some questions," said mayor bret baldwin.. it is the first time in nine "dateline nbc: to catch a predator" stings across the country in the past year and a half that prosecutors did not pursue charges.. "dateline" has made prime-time entertainment out of contacting would-be child molesters over the internet, luring them to a meeting place, and videotaping their humiliating confrontations with reporter chris hansen.. The Murphy Police, as far as I can tell, did nothing different than the police in the California, Florida and Georgia stings, and a lot of convictions resulted from those stings.
And two of the vociferous soccer moms got themselves elected to the City Council on the strength of their sanctimonious prattle, ousting a couple of really decent people. Ain't nothin' like small town Texas politics! Never a dull moment.

AURAS......

they've helped a lot.
they are more along the lines of *natural* therapies.

I first heard of auras when my son was diagnosed with Epilepsy. One of the precursors to a person having a seizure is that they sometimes will see auras right before a seizure. I was very weired out by this but I was told about it by two JW's both who were comparing notes about being epileptic.
Scan to years later and becoming a great user of kinesiology therapy and learning about Chi and body meridians. Chi is the life force, or vital energy within all living things; it flows through channels in your body called meridians. There are twelve principal meridians connected to your internal organs, along which energy constantly flows up and down.
Acupuncture points are located on sections of the meridians that pass close to the surface of the skin. This makes it easy to use acupuncture and acupressure to affect the level of chi flowing to a particular organ to keep it balanced and healthy. Meridians are the pathways of the positive and negative energy power, which carries on some of the communication between the various parts of human beings.
Auras work on the same energy forces that run through our bodies, it makes sense to me that we can learn how to see these auras in fact what I read is that as infants and young children (before school age) we all saw auras and before speech it was one way we recognized our parents.

I think this is all very interesting. There is so much about our bodies we've not learned and so much we can do on our own with healing and self care it's incredible to me what is out there to learn if you have an open mind and years to learn it!
