what make the answer special is that it is signed by a name instead of the usual watchtower rubber stamp.

True Mr Pellechia, it don't include those words because it's not in english but in french. (who are you trying to fool?) But if you know how to read french you would know that:
2.1. - "libre arbitre"
2.2.2. - "liberté de choix"
refers to the same thing!!! I recommend to you to go and consult application No. 28626/95 pp. 4-5.

This release was not part of the agreement made between the Christian Association of Jehovah's Witnesses and the Government of Bulgaria and is not an accurate reflection of the agreement made between these parties. The documents that govern the relationship between Bulgaria and Jehovah's Witnesses do not include this or a similar statement.
This may or may not answer your question, but the purpose of your question was unclear. if you mean to ask what our religious doctrine regarding blood transfusions is, it remains unchanged. We understand scriptures such as Genesis 9:4; Leviticus 17:13, 14; and Acts 15:20, 28. 29 to include a prohibition of blood transfusions.

he also claims the documents on the human rights server are incorrect as for the agreement itself.. the text of the letter, and photocopy of the same, can be found on the watchtower observer.. yakki da.

Charles, as the Omnium des Libertés was founded in 1996 (by Joël Labruyère)I presume that FIREPHIM ceased before it. On their site it says that to become a member you just need to pay 200F yearly.

Another quote is made in the book UNE SECTE AU COEUR DE LA REPUBLIQUE, by Serge Faubert, (Calmann-Lévy, 1993), p.202. There, Jehovah's Witnesses are mentioned among the 17 organisations.
