however if jesus' enthronement did occur according to scripture, when did it actually happen or is it yet future?.
the watchtower society has it occuring in the year 1914 --1919, which time frame is the lynchpin for there organizational existence.
How any JW can still defend this date as having any special meaning is beyond me.
This was one of my seeds of doubt. "How can they prove this?" I thought. Simple, they can't! It was pushed on me while studying, but with no proof except WT literature. I wanted real proof, only to realize it doesn't exist.

I think I'm a good judge of character. I don't rush into 'judging' that until I really know them, though. I've also felt like no matter how good I know someone, the element of suprise can always pop up at some point!

Lol, Hil! Yes, you're right. Constantly having to order soda due to non-sweetened tea has never made any sense to me. Then again, I've been wanting to move south for quite some time now. And well, growing up, everyone kept instant tea in their house.

I hated being told this all the time because I had other actual important things to do beside attend a meeting! I got nothing out of them, yet I kept going. They exploit/twist this scripture to indoctrinate in a person, that they should be at the wts's beckon call, and by not doing so, one is taking 'god's arrangement' for granted.
