Jehovah's Kingdom growth report for 2004

sitting in the hall the past week i noticed the annual report and being the avid reader i looked at the report for the usa which i found most interesting.

1,019,696 faithful ministers of jehovah's kingdom spent 189,740,398 hours witnessing, conducted 519,648 bible studies with 0% growth!

how much increase does one need to even have a .1% growth?

when i first saw the jw psa i fired an email off to cbs.

this was my second email to them.

i haven't been up early enough lately to see if they ignored this one too but i'll check it out next week.

Are you allergic to something?

some people have to almost live in a bubble, because they are allergic to so many products.. probably there is a difference between being allergic, and just plain sensitive to certain products.

in any case, are there things you just have to stay away from?

i can't stand cinnamon it totally burns me up.

yes i do have something im alerggic too n that im allegic too ibeprufen cause when i take it my face swells up like a balloon

Conversation Starters with JW Friends

i am always looking for "nice" things to say to my witness family.

things that would at least make them try to think outside of their box.

here are my some of my favorites.. right now my top favorite is "tell me truly, honestly, the god of this universe, almighty in power, lord and master of all, all knowing, eternal, god of gods, (yes, hammer that point), has picked the jehovah's witnesses, out of all people, and out of all religions, worldwide, to represent him and his wishes, even though, the jehovah's witnesses have been wrong in the past, now, right now, if any person on this earth, any person on this earth, does not pay attention to the jehovah's witnesses, he or she will forever be destroyed at armeggedon?

I need help...really really bad...

i'm almost to the point of an emotional breakdown.

i go out with this guy he's 20, a jw and i'm a 16yr.

he basically breaks all the rules in the book; adultry, sex;oral, drugs, drinking, partying, he's even growing a little chin,bottom and top lip hair.

i feel that u should just stay away freom him it nota good idea especially since he is married i think u said cause all it will give u is grief n problems ok

I go to Court tomorrow for Sole Custody..... I'm excited but scared too!!!!

i am writing this partly to get straight in my mind how i want to present my material tomorrow, since i am representing myself.

but i would also love any advice that you may have to help me (other than get a lawyer.... lol... not an option unfortunately).. my ex-wife and i got separated on april 24, 2003. i spent over $12,500.00 on lawyers just to get to see my kids.

she tried everything in the book to try to prevent me from seeing them, including lying to the police and having me thrown in jail for a night, calling children's aid on me 9 times, (all not substantiated), and most recently by trying to hire someone to beat me up.. we ended up having a settlement conference on june 22, 2004, from which twenty-nine different orders were made, including joint custody with primary residence with her, that my children were ordered to not go to the kingdom hall anymore, access times, support, not moving away, etc.

Culture or the lack thereof

to belong to a culture is part of being human.

yet, jws and evangelicals are told to avoid being contaminated by the secular culture.

the evangelical movement, however, has created a subculture of its own.

hi u can find out all the info on dating n stuff in the young peoples ask book n u can also talk to an elder about it too.
