  Was anyone removed from Bethel for suggesting the Governing Body were the "Faithful Slave"?

  i remember reading somewhere a reference to ones at bethel being removed for suggesting that the governing body was the faithful and discreet slave, years before the org.

  made this change.

  am i wrong about this?

  For many decades, the faithful and discreet slave included all "anointed" Jehovah's Witnesses, but during the 2012 Annual Meeting the Governing Body greatly increased their authority by announcing that only they were to be considered to represent the faithful and discreet slave.

  

  Watchtower 2013 Jul 15 p.26

  Following this change, Watchtower articles have said that Jehovah's Witnesses must be prepared to follow instructions they receive, regardless of whether they seem to be "unsound", "strange, impractical or illogical."

  "As the end of this system of things draws near, we need to trust in Jehovah’s way of doing things as never before. Why? During the great tribulation, we may receive instructions that seem strange, impractical, or illogical." Watchtower Feb 2022 p.6

  "All of us must be ready to obey any instructions we may receive, whether these appear sound from a strategic or human standpoint or not." Watchtower 2013 Nov 15 p.20

  An upcoming Watchtower article saying if people Pioneer Jehovah will provide!

  i saw the post on reddit and the thread got many responses..can anybody believe the religion is still saying this??

  it has to be as plain as day that so many jws are poor and struggling today because they never got a career or decent job years ago.. sadly, there are still witnesses who believe money will fall from heaven if they are in the full-time ministry.

  they expect some miracle to occur..but, we all know the truth: people in the congregation will be hit up for yet more money for another bunch of irresponsible people pursuing poverty.

  If Jehovah will cause miracles and provide, then why didn't he provide protection from the COVID-19 virus, that killed over 20,000 JW's?

  One Watchtower President said: "I made an ass out of myself"! (Rutherford)

  That is exactly what JW's will make out of themselves if they follow the Tower!

  Jehovah's Witnesses should apply their "miracle-money" falling from heaven to the Watchtower. If Jehovah will provide miracles, then the Watchtower should "no longer" need any contributions from anyone.

  Jehovah will just cause a "miracle" to happen and money will "just appear" in the Watchtower's bank account.

  Jehovah's Witnesses are "mental" cases because the Tower is mentally ruined. The blind leading the blind!
