The authorities should be called at once if someone detects a child has been abused just like I have explained about me calling up the authorities till I know the child is safe.

I am sure they can give further proof as to what kinds of sports are practical for a christian to take part in. There are way too many ExJw's in here for your own good, they have gone weak and have adopted the ways of the world, they have been molded into badgers, snakes, and vultures.

Tell me more about the moves that are performed by the sport and some web sites that explain the sport more fully.

Someone who wishes to stay away from the mold of this wicked system would want a religion that openly exposes all wrongdoing to remain clean. I would prefer the subject to be the Bibles proactive steps at preventing child molestation. This is only one form of sexuality, there are many more that are just as important to stay away from. Since you want the Bible's viewpoint I will try to list many scriptural information for our viewers and debaters alike. Of course I will hardly see any scriptural information from the debaters since they would rather stay in the dark and or make fun of one religion thier whole life since it didn't work for them for reasons they alone know.

If someone wants information about my religion then there are many volumes that he/she may go to, unlike the other "christian" religions of the world who claim to follow Christ Jesus. Since the topic maker wants info related to the Watchtower, I will show just a few paragraphs of information from a single June 15th 1988 Watchtower, the title is Detest Utterly the World's Disgracful Course.

It says,

Christians see proof all around them that the immoral, debauched living of this world is harmful, deadly. (Romans 1:18-32) Just in the area of sexuality alone, think of the heartache and suffering that result when there is no respect for God?s law on morality: broken homes, illegitimate pregnancies, abortions, rape, child molestation, and sexually transmitted diseases, just to list a few things. Then there are the health problems that come when the body is abused by excessive eating and drinking, and the taking of drugs for the thrill of it. Giving way to greed often results in stealing and fraud. There is hardly any violation of God?s law that does not result in some physical or emotional harm to the transgressor. It is as the apostle Paul reminded Christians: "Do not be misled: God is not one to be mocked. For whatever a man is sowing, this he will also reap; because he who is sowing with a view to his flesh will reap corruption from his flesh, but he who is sowing with a view to the spirit will reap everlasting life from the spirit."?Galatians 6:7, 8.

Here we can see plainly where this information comes from by looking up the scriptures. As every Christian should know, we are sinners and we have to pummel our bodies each day. A victum of child molestation wrote to me since I am a Jehovah's Witness and had many negative things to tell me about my religion. I was not posting about that topic, but was at a sports topic which has nothing to do with this form of sexuality filth. It is sad to know that this goes on but it is going on for a reason, just like the reason why we all sin and die.

That same June 15th Watchtower says,

Think for a moment about the world in which we find ourselves at the close of this 20th century. What an abundance of wickedness! As the apostle Paul foretold, men and women are "lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God." Indeed, ?wicked men and impostors advance from bad to worse, misleading and being misled.??2 Timothy 3:1, 4, 13.
Adultery, fornication, homosexuality, lesbianism, and abortion?these and other words have become household expressions. Such things are freely and approvingly spoken about on radio and television and in religious and educational circles. Pornography is big business and readily available to all. Some of the most popular movies, stage plays, and television soap operas involve stories connected with immorality of some kind. How grateful we are to be no part of this! And how hard we need to fight to be sure that such insidious propaganda does not affect our hearts!
Wise Christians heed Paul?s warning: "Let fornication and uncleanness of every sort or greediness not even be mentioned among you, just as it befits holy people . . . Keep on making sure of what is acceptable to the Lord . . . So keep strict watch that how you walk is not as unwise but as wise persons." Rather, Paul said, we should think about things that are true, righteous, chaste, lovable, and virtuous.?Ephesians 5:3-16; Philippians 4:8.

If someone wants to know the proactive steps to prevent this sin from happening, they would have to live in a bubble and to stay away from all earthling man. To prevent a sin from happening you would want to at least associate with those who fill thier minds with good things. If anyone feels that a Jehovah's Witness only has uncleanness and that the religion is a "breeding ground for child molesters"... then they should stay away from them. But know that they are instructed by Jehovah every single week to obstain from every sort of badness.

Here is the conclusion of that same Watchtower,

As this world?s moral condition worsens, be firmly resolved to please Jehovah by doing what is clean, honorable, and right. Keep reaching out for the prize of life. Refuse to be sucked into this world?s "low sink of debauchery," which is a hole of death. You can win in the battle against debauched thinking if you detest utterly this world?s disgraceful course!

Does the earth need proof that this moral condition is getting worse? I doubt that, but there are plenty of people pushing blame on the right hearted ones which further shows the need for a new world.

I am aware of the Silent Lambs ploy to attack God's people, that way they take attention off from the serious matters at hand, worshiping Jehovah. The Bible shows that there will be ridiculers in the last days.. I do not have children, but I have had neices and nephews that have been kept safe from pedophiles. Only one child in another congregation has been put though this and the child has recieved much needed help at the accurance of this gross sin. The child molester was not a witness.

I would of enjoyed talking about the self defence topic more so since that is more interesting than this filthy sin. I am going back there for a while after I look at more information from the internet about the sport and what is required for a person to play it.

It is important to know that this world is still under Satan's [influence], very strange that you would think I would have to comfort someone with a history of molestation since I have no clue how disturbing it is to go through that. I do know that there are ways on preventing, and thus keeping a person from being exposed to such an environment. So I was able to provide the next best thing, the reason and cause of so much discussing filth on the earth... Satan and other demonic influence. I could go into more detail if we were in another subject, that is why I kept it short and to the point with the cause of such filth in our day.

If I have found any evidence or was told by a young child for help, nothing would stop me from helping since my Bible trained conscience would not allow it. The same goes with this topic since that is why I am posting here, I have evidence that this sport should not be practiced. If I was told ahead of time that I would be kicked out of a cong for helping a child, then I would still remain steadfast in telling the truth and be making calls till someone does something. I would hold on to that evidence till the truth came out.

My comment was true about the ones that are more inclined to go with the flow, the young. What was good is now considered bad, and what is bad is considered good by many teenagers. Breeding pedophiles are more common in other religions since they are kept in circulation and not taken out of the religion. There are many disfellowshiped ones that are taken out of Jehovah's organization for a reason. Lets look at what happens to the evidence in other less refined religions in our day. If a priest gets in trouble with some "christian" organization... they just get placed somewhere else and thus the cycle continues. Money needs to keep flowing so it is unfortunate for those false religions to keep unclean ones. Jehovah's Witnesses on the other hand do not depend on one or two public talkers to teach but they are all encouraged to grow and stay clean and to be fine motivating speakers.

Every single convention, every single month, these motivation speakers tell us all to abstain from porn, if someone starts looking at this they could see other forms of this twisted filth. Child porn is common on the internet and is tied in with child molesters. So you telling me that my true religion is a breeding ground for child molestation is by far an insult to me and whoever is a righteous man of our God Jehovah.

I am not saying I have all the answers just because I am of the JW faith, I am saying that all the answers are in the Bible and should be taken together like a puzzle. Only the right heart condition will understand what it means, since that is what kind of people should have it, so that friends of God can live and be kept alive, since God wants all of his creation to live except those who have loved badness.

Satan said Eve would become like God knowing good and bad... But Satan forgot to tell the first couple that they would have to sin and they will become less and less like God. If more and more people know that a certain person is doing bad... then the truth will be opened to all over time. But the problem with these molestation crimes is that the child knows the molester, and the child is told to keep quiet. This crime is then harder to solve and seems less of a threat to society since it is so hard to detect. At least with Jehovahs Witnesses there are many materials written to try and prevent such a crime. If just one person knows that this is happening, there is less of a chance it will happen again, no matter what faith they are in. Don't forget that Satan attacks children since they are less experienced. This is so true with teenagers as well. There are more and more babysitters needed than ever before since one income is no longer enough to raise a family.

We can say of this ?second Adam,? Jesus Christ, that he, too, was like his Father in heaven. (Heb. 1:3) "He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation." (Col. 1:15) Christians are invited to walk worthily of Jehovah to the end of fully pleasing him. (Col. 1:10) So those who want to be like Jehovah God would be looking to Christ Jesus as their example so as to be walking in his footsteps.

So if Jesus was not into self defence with using take down moves, why should we be so inclined to think of God wanting us to play this sport?

I only saw one poster before me that seems involved with giving some advice, then two others have shown up after I complained that no one else but me has shown good proof with reasons to stay away from the sport. I have gone to the meek scripture, and showed everyone that the Christ would not partake of the sport. Can anyone picture Jesus practicing the sport?

Hello Jeff, welcome to the discussion. It would be good to have your take on the subject first before you try and judge me for going to the Bible for an answer to this sports question. Would it be meek for a person to force someone into submission with a wrestling move or some sort of self defence sport event?

How would you help this Bible based conscience kind of person with the question of what sports are considered violent and forbidden by Jehovah?, you don't seem real eager to help since no answer was given. But, Jeff... you are only interested in debating with me since I have all the answers but you choose to be in the dark still. I have been on this forum before so I am not fresh meat and will not be ashamed to prove what I know is right. There is a right way and a wrong way to do things just like there is a right way and a wrong way to play sports.

My point is where is this help for the people who are lost? , since the forum should be called ExJW.com. The answer before was, "We don't know but we like to make fun of what we once thought was right." But that doesn't make it right to make fun of the people who stuck with it and remained strong in the truth.

It is also funny to see people respond only to my reasoning since they should be trying to help the person who started this thred. I am the only one looking to the Bible for an answer as well so it seems. If this person is a Bible student then he should dive deeper into the letters of the Bible for an answer...

i read the draw close to jehovah book because a jehovahs witness told me that it had some ?deep?

spiritual information in it.

the book appears, at first glance, to be all about knowing jehovah god and his attributes.

Your review is not all true. There is not just one writer, if you have viewed the second page you would of seen a letter to the reader, the book was made by publishers, not just one writer. Also, God's qualities are reviewed in the Bible... and this publication of 5 million books containing Bible verses (which hardly any churches open) are inside it using God's name. The book describes the problems with people trying to distance themselves from God in the beginning chapters, by taking God's name out of the Bible. If you no longer have your friends name, you can easily forget them. God's name is Jehovah in English and the name means, causes to become. It is funny that the only religious group that uses the correct name is Jehovah's Witnesses.
