So, what is your point. We get that here in Maine on a daily basis. I know, your not use to it. I live in Venice,FLA. for eight years. I have seen frost there only twice. Enjoy it while it last, cause you know next week you'll be back in the 90s.

I'am a youth coach. In my opion, profesional sports in all have some major issues to deal with. Money has become such an issue that the top stars are allowed to get away with just about anything. I was happy the NBA (not basketball anymore ) handed out the stiff fines and game suspensions. Our youth see what these mega stars do, then try to copy them. I have seen 5 year olds flipping the fans the bird at their games. I have heard of 8th grade basketball players involved in gang rape. Their stars do it, why can't they? The whole sports world is a total mess.

I knew an elder who was a pill popper. I caught an elder stealing from coats in the coat room. He got to the CO before I did. A body of elders took my sister at 1am to have a viginity (she was 14 at the time) check at a local hospital. One young sister in the CONG was caught kissing a worldly guy. Any sister that hung with her was given the test. My dad went along with the whole shambles for fear of losing his position in the CONG. Never mind the emotional health of his family.
I heard of an elder that was running a child pornagraphy ring with the young ones in the CONG. It all came to light when an elder's (a friend of mine from a different cong) daugther went to a neighbors house to get away from her brother who was forcing her to perform oral sex on him. Brother was 16, sister was 14. I can't even go into the cover up the society conducted over this whole affair. They sent BRO to a forgien country to avoid prosocution, disfellowshiped SIS to g keep her mouth shut. BRO was return and made a MS. That is when I said, enough is enough.

Fat slobs do nothing else but talk and eat. Most witnesses are lazy fat slobs. Remember, "exercise is beneficial for little". That has to be one of the most damaging scriptures in the bible for any witnesses. I remember Bro Elder telling another bro who was into exercise and weight lifting that he should stop as Jehovah was not pleased with this behavior. The Bro elder quoted the above scripture. I proceded to tell bro weight lifter to do what he found beneficial for his physical and emotional health. I then told Bro Elder to mind his own business. Boy, I was not on his Christmas card list for very long ( like I really cared if I was ). That and all religions are in it for the control of others. If the truth be told Bro Elder was jealous because he did not have the inner strengh to exercise and be fit himself. His wife more than likely did not want to have sex with him any more because his 300 lbs. cruched her. He knew he he wanted any more he had to lose weight, but couldn't get past his own lazyness.

Run Ins
by Max ini had a run in with a witness and it took me along time to get over it, i still don't talk to that witness.
some of the witnesses i know are two faced and it makes it hard not to feel aggresive when i go to the meetings, i sit there and think what am i doing here but i feel better when i leave so that is why i suppose i still go, it makes me feel good even though i feel there alot of stuck up attitudes when some feel they are more spiritual than others.
it feels like such a struggle to go there but yet i really want to be there.

When I see former witnesses in my area I treat them like I do anyone else I know. I say a friendly hi. It is their choice if they wish to reply, it makes no difference to me if they do or not. I will not practice the same horrible ill manners they do. As for going to a meeting, gagggggggggggg. Why in hell would I subject my self to that dribble again. Why would I allow myself to be treated like a sinning outcast by people I don't like? I still worship Jehovah, but it is from my HEART. It is not among a bunch of stuck-up hypocrites, who think they are better than eveyone else. Why are you doing that to yourself?

GOT A LITTLE STORY TO TELL YA.

around 5500 residents and about another 2 to 3 thousand on the outskirts.. we have a very good hospital here, considering the size of the county and residents.. my wife is a nurse and now is the office mgr.
of the home health dept.. it seems that there is no end to the several things the hospital is involved in that call for volunteers.

I live the story you tell every day. I live on a small Island off the coast of Maine, 850 resd. year round. When anyone is in need, be it a lawyer or the trash man we all are quick to help. We are a very tight community, I would not trade it for anything.

someone became suspicious and called george benson who told him that it was stolen by a brother who had left patterson and was put on a cd and distributed illegally.
