I missed elsewhere's previous thread. We're out in the country and it's absolutely beautiful!

This guy may be doing this in a few days around here!

So, what is your point. We get that here in Maine on a daily basis. I know, your not use to it. I live in Venice,FLA. for eight years. I have seen frost there only twice. Enjoy it while it last, cause you know next week you'll be back in the 90s.

For those of us who live in Texas, snow is a rarity and having it around Christmas is almost unheard of...it's a wonderful time of year...that is my point!

Where I am in Indiana we already have 9 inches and we're expecting possibly 6-10 more inches overnight. My sis, who is only 80 miles north of us, hardly has any snow. I'm just glad it's snow and not freezing rain. Enjoy! Woo hoo! It's now officially winter!

81F today in Port Isabel, Texas, but that damn barb wire up in the panhandle is lettin' all that Canadian air through. Well, maybe I can give the air conditioning a couple days rest.

Just a note: One side of traffic on the Queen Isabella Causeway to South Padre Island was held up by authorities for several minutes as a huge seabird looking for half-eaten Big Macs was enticed to fly off the bridge.
