feel kinda sick and shaky

just found out my mom's cancer is worse than she thought...widespread--colon, lungs, bone...so she said i can come down and see her if i want to (7 hours away), and my help would be appreciated if i could manage it.

of course i can manage it.

she's my mom.. but i'm dfed, and she's a jw, living with her jw neice's family.

Theme park

how long will it be before the wt sets up a theme park.

with all that money from the sale of brooklyn property it would be a shame not to use it for some other cash generating scheme.

First "summer" electric bill of the year.... HOLY CRAP!!!

as an apartment dweller i'm used to an electric bill that is about $80 to $100 per month... but with the summer heat my bill just jumped to $180!

We`re feeling it too already! Ours was $190.00, for MAY! Good God who knows what August`s will be!!!! and then there`s always the power outages due to our lovely hurricane season!

I've been invited to the most boring Bday party ever (Fluff)

one of my hubby's work mates are having a combined party for there bday (hubby and wife), they are nerdy programmers heheh, nice enuf people but not ones that i would chose to associate with.. anyway this is the party for the guys they are to bring there computers for a lan, or boardgames and card games, and for us lucky women activites include watching girly movies, knitting, facials and painting nails.

no jokes thats how the invite reads...... i am so not looking forward to it at all, its like 4 hours of my life im never going to get back.

Es you are "preggers" so I`m sure you could really think of a thousand excuses to not go, but the facials and the nails getting done aren`t so bad! but question is is whether the *girlie* movies are gonna have someone getting naked!! Preferably the men! Who knows you might BE the life of the party too!

Florida Trailer Park hit by bird flu!

Crack me up!! in our town here we have an owner of an adult store who has a huge piece of property that meets up with the main highway, he was in a middle of a sign war with the city and decided to put up those pink flamingos all over the property all the way to the highway! It looked just like that pic. above for awhile till he grew tiresome of it,... hmmm or maybe hurricane season took them all last year!
