The word privilege is an accusation of racism or discrimination when defined by color.
If you remove the word 'white' and insert 'black' - every single black person walking around in the USA would then have 'black privilege'. If you took the phrase 'affirmative action' whereby quotas are met by color - and just switched it out for 'black privilege' - it automatically infers that you have advantages that no other group does.

The idea that white people have unearned racial privilege is an insidious lie that justifies everything from discrimination against white children to reflexively blaming disadvantaged and poor whites for their misfortune. It’s a slander that serves the elite while slapping the common people across the face.
Fortunately, it’s very easy to debunk because of the nature of privilege.
Privileges, whether earned or not, give one an advantage over others who do not share them. However, the advantage is relative; it does not exist when the unprivileged are absent.

Lumping all white people into one group and labelling them as privileged because of their color is every bit as racist and prejudicial and presumptuous as saying all black people are thugs; or all asian people are smart. In fact there are tiers within all parts of society called class and there are major similarities across the board for the separate classes. You can choose to believe that you are privileged because of your color - that's your right and your choice to do so.

Missouri Lieutenant Governor Peter Kinder has called for the arrest of the stepfather of Ferguson’s Michael Brown, following the emergence of video footage in which he was seen inciting rioters.
Louis Head, was filmed telling angry mobs in Ferguson Monday to “burn this bi**h down,” after the grand jury announced no indictment for the police officer who shot and killed Brown.
What followed was an intense night of rioting and looting, during which several buildings and vehicles were burned by agitators.
Appearing on Laura Ingraham’s radio show, Kinder was asked “When you hear that soundbite from the stepfather of Michael Brown, what’s your reaction?”
“That he should be arrested and charged with inciting to riot,” the state Republican lawmaker immediately answered.
Describing the looting of stores that occurred in Ferguson, Ingraham noted “Nothing quite says civil rights outrage like a fifth of Jack Daniels,”
“Or a new plasma [TV],” Kinder added.
“That really speaks to the great legacy of Rosa Parks and Martin Luther King.” Ingraham declared.
Elsewhere during the interview, Kinder cited the evidence presented to the grand jury and defended the decision that Officer Wilson had acted in self defense.
He also said he believed that there would not be major changes to Missouri’s use of deadly force guidelines, following the Brown case.
Kinder expressed further dissatisfaction with the response of Governor Jay Nixon (D) for delaying the deployment of National Guard troops to Ferguson.
On Monday, Kinder suggested that the failure of police and the guard to protect businesses targeted by rioters could have stemmed from an Obama administration stand down order.

Two men affiliated with the New Black Panther Party allegedly planned to murder Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson and St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Robert McCulloch and bomb the Gateway Arch.
In an undercover police sting, the two bought a pipe bomb, and intended to buy two more but couldn’t afford it until one man’s girlfriend’s Electronic Benefit Transfer card was refilled, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
Brandon Orlando Baldwin and Olajuwon Ali Davis, who go by the names Brandon Muhammad and Ali, were indicted last week on weapons charges when Baldwin purchased two hi-point .45-caliber pistols intended for someone else.
Between Nov. 1 and Nov. 13, Baldwin purchased the two guns at a Cabela’s in Hazelwood, and they were arrested Nov. 21. Additional charges for the planned bombing and murders are expected to be filed.
Baldwin and Davis were arrested three days before McCulloch announced on Nov. 24 that Darren Wilson would not be indicted for the killing of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo.

McCulloch is one of those people who always seems to have just a hint of a smile on his face, no matter the circumstance. Maybe it’s there to cover up all the awful things he’s been through, both professionally and personally. Or maybe it’s there because deep down, he knows he’s had a wonderful life, despite it all.
I went to meet McCulloch in his office recently, the first time I’d been there in a long time. The walls of his corner office at the Justice Center are covered with pictures: family photos, as well as pictures of him with governors, senators and presidents. Since we’re both St. Louisans—and north-siders at that—we talked about high school. He told me he wanted to go to McBride but couldn’t get in, so he took a bi-state bus every day to Augustinian Academy all the way across town. He paid his way through school working different jobs, but loved his time as a guard at Busch Stadium during the Cardinals’ glory years in the ’60s. “I got to see every pitch of every game,” he says with a huge kid-like grin.
It was also in the ’60s that his life changed forever. McCulloch grew up on the border between St. Louis and Pine Lawn in the shadow of the old ammunitions plant just off Goodfellow Boulevard. His dad was a city cop, one of the first K-9 officers in the department. “July 2, 1964: My dad was 37 years old, I was 12.” It was the day his father was killed in the line of duty trying to arrest a kidnapper. “He was in his police car and heard a call for an officer in need of aid at the old Pruett-Igoe housing project. He wasn’t far from there, and when he arrived, he saw one officer was down and another officer was chasing a guy,” he explains. “They went around a building, my dad went around the other way and they got into a shootout—my father got shot.” Officer Paul McCulloch left behind a wife and four children. Bob McCulloch, the future prosecutor, was now a crime victim. “It had a huge impact on me in the long run. In the short term, at that age, it’s hard to comprehend the finality of death and so that took some time to sink in. My mother was a great woman, very strong and made sure we all toed the line.”
There would be more difficult days ahead. Five years later, during his senior year at Augustinian, doctors discovered he had a rare form of bone cancer, making it necessary for his leg to be amputated at the hip. A couple of years after that, his best friend—the chum who had always been there for him since kindergarten— died in an accidental drowning. For a lot of us, it all would have been too much to withstand; instead, McCulloch grew from it. “It sounds like a cliché, but it builds character,” he says. “You have these things and you suffer through them and deal with them. You don’t forget or act like they never happened, but you try to understand them. I think all of it gave me great empathy for victims.”

Black people are not a monolithic group of people, first of all. You seem to relate to them as such. A group of millions of people with differing demographics, histories, and situations, with completely different outlooks on life, who only share an outward skin color and varied shared experiences based on that skin color cannot be addressed as if they are an organized group of people under one banner.

Let's hope that the young man found murdered in his car last night wasn't one of the witnesses from Ferguson that was scared to go public because of threats..he was a friend of Dorion Johnsons apparently. sw

(Via Daily Mail) A man has died during the Ferguson riots just yards from where Michael Brown was shot dead. Residents on Canfield Drive said that DeAndre Joshua, 20, was shot whilst in his car though police at the scene refused to confirm any details.
DeAndre’s grandmother Renita Towns said that ‘somebody killed him’ during the carnage.

Apparently there is a lot of upset over the video being all over the news of Browns mother and her boyfriend and their 'm..f..kers..and burn it ' tirade. Lots of upset. They at first denied any involvement - the lawyers claim it wasn't them. Of course they later retracted that and said 'well, she's a grieving mother and you have to let her be upset and all that talk was in the heat of the moment' kind of statement. I think the notion of getting hit with a lawsuit for inciting riots might have a factor in that explanation and I think they have enough problems to deal with already.

Louis Head was the driver of the vehicle (Lesley McSpadden as passenger) which was recently in the news for the felony robbery at the Mike Brown T-Shirt stand.
According to several news articles, as well as police reports, both Head and McSpadden physically attacked one of the family members for selling “unauthorized” T-Shirts. The method of attack involved smashing the victim in the face with a pipe (details here).
Recent pontifications are even more astounding when you consider the author of the request for peaceful protest, step-dad Louis Head, is a former Bloods’ gang leader in Saint Louis. Not only was/is he part of the gang leadership but he was previously convicted on Federal firearms charges related to the manufacture, distribution and sale of narcotics.
Reportedly, Head gained an early release from Federal Prison after an agreement to turn evidence, and snitch on other people within the illicit gun/drug trade.
