  richards, who was charged with fourth-degree rape in 2009, is an unemployed heir living off his trust fund.

  the light sentence has only became public as the result of a subsequent lawsuit filed by his ex-wife, which charges that he penetrated his daughter with his fingers while masturbating, and subsequently assaulted his son as well.. richards is the great grandson of du pont family patriarch irenee du pont, a chemical baron.. according to the lawsuit filed by richards' ex-wife, he admitted to assaulting his infant son in addition to his daughter between 2005 and 2007. richards was initially indicted on two counts of second-degree child rape, felonies that translate to a 10-year mandatory jail sentence per count.

  she is the niece of david miscavige, leader of scientology.

  she was raised in the sect, not leaving until she was an adult.

  London Riots Sparked by cops Beating 16 year old girl

  this has come out and changes a lot in the understanding of what might be going on.

  there is a video on youtube now - geesh...it's insane.

  it was originally a peaceful protest until 15 cops beat a young girl to the ground with shields and batons - an eye witness to the whole event gave his report on what happened but it seems to be unheard for the most part.

  a refresher for newcomers and a reminder for everyone else.. posting a response to a message or starting a topic, unless it is listed under the members only menu, is open to public viewing by anyone.

  this includes photographs or personal discussions and it is easy to forget that you are on a public board sometimes during heated debate where you may forget that the topic has been started in an open room and not a private one.. i would also remind people that leaving your computer open to jwn once you log on or your password available to others, in an unsupervised capacity, may provide access to this forum and all the private postings, pictures and data on it to anyone, including those who should not or do not honestly wish to engage in appropriate discussion.

  by now you all know there is a problem with the pipe in the well...and by now you've probably heard all the stories of people who have been sickened from the toxins....the claim that all the water is fresh and clean and the food ready to eat...but those who are realists understand that this has not gone away, it won't go away for years and sooner or later, all the people that were covering up for bp or the government, will begin to speak.
