Whatever they end up doing - I'm just glad I'm out of the bullshit. Even if they mainstream it towards actual Christianity how could they ever begin to try to justify disfellowshipping people for disagreeing with the obvious lies of the past?
I could never patronize the one true God as being such a moron to expect people to be a part of that piece of crap organization or be destroyed.

Did You Hate Meetings and Special Events?
by minimus ini really hated "special" programs and events such as a visiting bethelite giving an extra 1 hour talk after the wt.

everyone was expected to stay.

The meetings were an excercise in the pain of being subjected to mind numbing boredom. I spent my time watching other people and quietly making fun of comments from the speakers.

Name Things You Can Get Counseled,Reproved or Disfellowshipped For
by minimus insince the jw religion is sooooo restrictive, it is good to think about just how wacky this cult is.....for example, you can get counseled for buying a 2 door car as opposed to a "pioneer" car (4 door).

This type of statement is used by many dubs as 'proof' that they have 'the truth'. This is no kind of proof in any shape or form. This type of 'proof' allows the governing body to lie and misrepresent sources and then pass off opposition as persecution from 'the world'. These sorts of beliefs are the result of high control group conditioning and twisted logic.

i must say, at first i was very "scared" at what i might find, but contrary to what i grew up learning, there is a "wealth" of information outside of the watchtower organization.
i haven't attended meetings for about two years now, and like many i've read about, have spent many hours researching, telling myself "i'm not wrong for searching", and doing more research.

Marjorie this guy bangs around on this site with the only purpose of disuading lurking witnesses who have doubts from finding out the truth about the 'truth'. If there was even an ounce of honesty or even sincerity with this guy he wouldnt be getting the hard time he does.. there have been plenty of witnesses with doubts who come on here and get treated very kind and with patience. I've been following these posts for months now.. this guy is a liar and he knows it.
Not to sound at all condecending considering your intimdating knowledge of what you talk about but when you've been a part of all those lies, when you've been a Witness and you've waded in the hypocracy.. we know what he's up to and we take it personally.
