That was a terrific article, with no apparent agenda on the part of the writer.

:How about that popular classic "take your commitee meeting and shove it up your @SS"
I've been trying to find this for the past hour on Kazza and nothing.. -

I have no idea how to do that JT. I mean it. I'm always looking for answers. I'm thinking about getting into Buddism. Deep down I don't even believe in God.. but I really want to.

Is it possible to go back after you are an Apostate?
by lv4fer inhow would you go back?
go to the elders and say i repent and know i'm was wrong.
i want to work towards getting reinstated?
-

I asked an elder about this once and he said that someone who has disassociated didn't nesessarily have to wait any longer to be reinstated than a person who was disfellowshiped. This guy was a sincere person though.. so you never know I guess how long it might actually take.
The only way I could see someone going back to those lies is
1. They are so socially stunted they could not make any friends and establish a life
2. They have aging parents and want them to die peacefully and they wouldn't any other way
3. They are insane -

:I'm of the opinion that there are no shortcuts to reality, and that drugs just circumvent natural processes. They seem to offer a faster route, but in the long-term do the opposite. Just my humble opinion.
A good point. I've read tons of stuff on the internet about drugs and hardcore experiences, its just seems kind of cool but I don't see myself getting into it much. -
