I attended Zoom memorial with wife. We weren't asked how many were watching and our video was off. Unless she got a text or email asking how many attended from our home they have no way of knowing for sure.

my father told me they had an attendance of 140. not flattering for a cong of 100 pubs.
i was sort of surprised at this considering the quarantine measures and everyone being forced to stay at home.

by RubaDub inlike the guy or not, i don't know how this guy can talk so much, giving fact after fact and analyze what is going on, not just in new york but across the country.
he's not reading from notes and there are no teleprompters.
he gives about an hour to an hour and a half at press conferences every day and fox news carries it.. i mean, as i am listening, he's saying they moved 802 ventilators from this state to that state, 412 came here to new york .... on and on.

Cuomo fan? No. Impressed with his handling of the current crisis? Yes.
Most politicians have stepped up to the plate pretty well, but there are some who have been far too slow to take the virus seriously.
Every politician runs the risk of not getting re-elected if they do too much or too little. It's the job they signed up for.
This is why I would never want to be a politician. There are a lot of reasons why but this is one for sure.

Warning!
by FedUpJW inno...not a warning from me, rather that is the subject of the "local needs" that i heard was presented via zoom tonight.. beware of apps!
they harped on the idea that only apps approved by the governing body should ever be downloaded or used by jdubs.
they said if they had not been featured in the litterature or specifically recommended by the governing body then jdubs should heed the warning and avoid them.. i guess they are, as we all suspected, very afraid of what the dubs will find out now that they have to use only electronic devices for their "food"..
