  this is not the first time that this has been reported.

  i have thought it was possible that a non-christian nation might be the first.

  to disclose ufo reality.

  People have been convicted to death for much much less.

  The project Mogul stuff is bunk. The documents show the project mogul experiments didn't happen until a couple years LATER.

  The FAA witnesses have a plethora of tapes that recorded the radar returns.

  Eye witness reports are not "here-say" you might like to study law terminology little more.

  Either way, skeptics will never been convinced until an alien lands on their door step... even then a skeptic will say, "prove you are an alien from some other planet... otherwise I'm just going to assume you don't exist or are just some genetically modified human with awesome technology."

  On the other hand there are people who will believe anything you tell them. I try to stay somewhere in the middle. If you take the time to investigate the evidence, it's abundantly clear there is some "alien" presence. As to it's nature that's another question.

  i'm not sure if i've phrased the question correctly, but what is it that you think gives god or whoever else the right to ask (or demand) the worship of us humans.

  I think children worship their parents to a certain degree (if they are loving parents), but when they grow up they stop worshiping and it's just respect. So, I tend to look at worship as a sign of less maturity and respect for higher beings that of a mature person.

  doesn't really make sense does it? that a benevolent creator would notice mankind getting better and more altruistic/loving and so decide that is the appropriate time to destroy them? ok... well maybe the Jehovah of the Hebrew scriptures makes sense... he's kind of cranky.

  read through and view the testimony of some fairly high ranking officers including the first hand account of Colonel Philip Corso who was the head of the Foreign Technology Division at the Pentagon and served on the white house staff for one or maybe two sitting presidents. Read his book... interesting stuff... this disclosure project has been pushing for open congressional hearings where these over 400 witnesses from military and FAA want to come forward and testify. If we had a court case to judge a mans innocence regarding murder and there were 400 high ranking and well respected witnesses that came forward to testify against him, he'd be convicted and dead fast.

  on christmas eve i got the chance to get together with an old friend, also an ex-witness, who was visiting from new york.

  his life has been something of a hedonic treadmill and only recently has gotten off of it to find, as i like to call him, the sensitive new age jesus.

  well, anyway, we got on the subject of sex and relationships.

  I agree with the thought that we have the capacity to love multiple people and things and also the fact that our love for each of those is different... as long as that love is one of giving rather than possessing. Possession or WANT FOR something for oneself is not love, it is desire. Love is when we feel a desire to give to, protect, help, shelter, make happy someone else without expecting anything in return. That being said, we can do that to many people men and women.

  What complicates matters is that our sexuality is intimately woven with both our physical and emotion selfish DESIRE, as well as our expression of GIVING love. Many times it's difficult to distinguish between the two.

  I think if both people are mature enough or of the same mind they could have a casual sexual encounter without adverse affect. However, this assumes both people are of the same mind and sense of responsibility.

  Let's face it, what's wrong would not the sex itself. What would be wrong is to engage in an activity that would either emotionally or physically cause injury to yourself or the other person... and that means that EVERY situation is unique and not really to be judged by others. The only ones able to judge are the people involved and whatever God they believe in (that is their conscience).

  Weird thing happened a couple of nights ago. A loud buzzing noise woke me around 2 in the morning. I actually thought someone was drilling a hole in the bedroom wall! I seemed to tilt forward rapidly, looked down and I was still in bed. I was scared and fell back to the bed. I then woke up properly.

  The buzzing noise may be a clear indication of the out of body state. When you say your tilted forward to you mean you "floated" forward without moving the physical body? ... and did you tilt forward or upward? Did you look down and see your full physical body on the bed?

  Any type of strong emotion will almost ALWAYS end an experience immediately and jerk you back to your body. It seems to be some sort of reflex.

  Interesting... the Qi Gung I practice puts a strong emphasis on the joints of the body. While in standing position there are times when standing still is best, and other times when movement is used. In general, while standing still we avoid the bending of knees (though do not lock the knee joints)... perhaps this is what you mean by slightly bent... they are straight, but not locked. The idea is to learn to feel the channels of Qi (energy) as they run up and down through the body, the arms and the legs. The joints are the primary gateways through which these "currents" flow.

  The process of linking has to do with learning how to "open" the joints and the channels of all parts of the body and mentall link them together so that a natural balance is restored and maintained while we draw energy into the Dan Tien for storage there (sort of like a battery). By maintaining the linking of all the parts of the channels Qi is able to flow from the Dan Tien and Heart to all parts of the body as needed. Being overly warm or cold are signs and symptoms of imbalance and blocked channels. Each of the chakras are stimulated and opened mentally as well. We focus a lot of attention on the vertabrae of the spine as well.

  When performing your standing movements are you simply moving and breathing, or do you also focus attention on "mobilizing" and focussing your awareness??... is your MIND in it so to speak or do you just practice motion and breathing, and let your mind wander to whatever thoughts you want to think about?

  I am accepting the FACT that somethings can never be known

  That, in itself is a belief system, or a TRUTH that you seem to believe... and yet there is no concrete evidence either for or against the statement that "somethings can never be known". Also, it does not seem that your experience provides a basis for stating that somethings can never be known. How is it that you arrive at it being a FACT then? Rather, it seems to be more of a selectively held belief.

  Welcome to the thread. I'm always happy to meet a fellow Qi Gung practitioner.

  On a gross level in Qi Gung there are two major types of Qi Gong work, that which is practiced in movement, and that which is practiced during stillness either in a sitting or lying position. I practice both forms and have noticed that the lying still qi gung greatly enhances my moving qi gung practice if I do it for at least 20 minutes before doing my moving qi gung. Is this what you are talking about when you talk about "some microcosmic circulation exercises"? Are these exercises done while sitting or lying still?

  everything I know is my own minds invention so I am aware that my mind may be inventing everything I have experienced like a dream and none of it is 100% reliable, but we must all gamble with our best skills for each move we make and my best guess is that some of these things are actually true.

  ah... but the question is which part of you has invented all you see, for your mind currently exists in a self-inflicted divided state.
