  Arrests in Child abduction case-Bodies found

  missing girls: two arrestedtwo people have been arrested on suspicion of the murders of missing schoolgirls holly wells and jessica chapman.the arrests follow a police search of a soham village college in cambridgeshire and a nearby house which uncovered "items of major interest".a 28-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of the girls' abduction and murder and a 25-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of both girls' murders.

  they were arrested in cambridgeshire around 4am and taken to separate police stations.

  Is it cheaper to live in the U.S.A?

  being from the uk i find the cost of living high, but according to most its much cheaper to live in the usa,i mean food is cheaper,fuel is cheaper,hi-fi is cheaper,i bet everything is cheaper,why the hell is it cheaper in the usa.

  so if im wrong convince me why im better off in the uk.

  The USA as such a massive economy compared to the UK, its like buying in bulk you get bigger discounts.

  Food is more expensive here because of the EU, this subsidises poorer farming communities.

  Belgium chocolate is best; it's not as sweet and contains more coca.

  UK does have a rich heritage, but it seems like we pay the price for it. We are also ripped off in the UK by the greedy.

  We have the NHS (National Health Service), so medical care is free on demand, for example if you need a heart by-pass all you do is wait, Oh and wait, (oops sorry Mr Blair abolished NHS waiting list). We waste a lot of money in the NHS, I know I work for the NHS from time to time.

  Have any "HALL CLEANING" funny stories??

  i remember our bookstudy groups (in my area) got the chore for a month at a time.

  the bookstudy was at my home with the p.o.

  as the conductor.

  I was a Book study Conductor but only a MS, so I was not allowed a key for the K/D Hall.

  You know a control thing from the elders, our group arranged the best time for the cleaning, but because the elder did not allow me a lowly MS to have a key, and because I had set the time with my group, the elders would change all the arrangements. An elder with key would have to come down to K/H and open the doors.

  This was so difficult, I would have then telephone all those in my group and re-arrange the cleaning time!

  This just one of the moments I had with the elders, they were so up themselves with power, and control.

  I will tell about the contribution box key another time!

  lately, i notice quite a few comments of disillusionment.

  some say they are no longer religious.

  others say they are not sure if god really exists.others are trying to come to terms with life outside of the watchtower.

  I still love Jehovah, but disillusioned with WTs, why do I say this, well look all around you , what do you see, do you

  see a beautiful world, full of great things, look at your own body is that not superb in design, this to me at this time

  proves that we have a loving God.

  Were you df'd while suffering depression???

  i have a son who was disfellowshipped while suffering serious depression and who was not actively "sinning".. i feel this is outrageous and want to know how widespread the practice is.

  please tell me what your experiences are, i am interested and want to try to get the brothers to factor this in, so we can stop losing people to depression.

  I believe some of the trouble I have is that I have been thinking for my self for years, and now I no longer except blindly anything I hear or

  am told, I will watch out for myself (independant thinking).........

  i live near some really interesting stone circles derbyshire england, i love visiting this place, i even went late in the day when it was dark, just .

  to get the feel of what the place was all about.

  some people talk about the personality of each stone circle, strange!

  Ironic really when you thing of all the deaths caused by car crashes, just another form of sacrifices!

  My ramblings

  I was a very active MS always saying yes to whatever assignment the elders gave me, I did it all, Field Service, P/Talks, group, TMS, Service meeting talks, the lot, and I shepherd my group. All this on to of bringing my children up, earning a living and also setting up a new trade.

  I was wearing myself out, I was burnt out, and I asked the elders for help on many occasions, guess what? No help at all, just more to do.

  I look back and feel this was too much for any person to do, my head was ready to blow just like a volcano but in the troof you not allowed to show you feelings as you are seen as a disrupter, belligerent or a weak person, I even was counselled for how I felt.

  My whole week was mapped out for weeks ahead, there was no time for living, just theocratic stuff, this went on for ages, and what upsets me now is I didnt know what was happening to me, my mind was set do more, I never gave it a thought that I was driving my mind to madness.

  When my depression got the better of me and could not cope because of years of abuse (from the gong), I was nearly DF'd, but had a Public reproof (staying over night with op sex (just to get away from it all), but no immorality). The elders promised to help me, guess what they only gave a token attempt at helping, at one time I was so distraught with threats and lies from my wife, I just cried and cried rolled up like a ball on the floor, I rang the PO for help, could you over a prayer for me, I asked, sorry too busy give so so a phone call, I did sorry Im busy, phone so and so, I got the same answer each time. BTW Im still waiting for a visit from the elders.

  One day I will tell my full story, but now Im on my own trying to put my life back again, in this world you have to do it yourself (DIY), forget elders, forget the WT, they do not care, I even spoke to the CO about this and other wrongs within the elders, he showed little interest, did nothing.

  Now Im on the fence, I love God, but how can I worship him?

  I feel that there must be some loving elders somewhere, reading all your comments about the horrid unjust treatment at the hands of supposedly Princes in all the Earth, loving shepherds!!!!

  Many things have been written about stone circles (or Henge as in )

  One time I visited someone had left some fruit on the main stone, a bit like a gift for whomever?

  I wonder about the ancient people that made this circle, what these people believed, what did they know about the cosmos, did they

  know about God?

  Each time I go there I wonder at what may have gone on over 4,000 years ago; oh I wish I had a time machine, just to see what went on.

  Hi I know Brent & Jean.

  Not seen them for ages tho, Brent was such a story teller, never could work it out if the stories was really true. They are a nice couple, Jean used to sit in the entrance bored out of her mind while Brent sometimes gave talks, shed heard it all before.

  Jean was the only CO wife who was well, all the other CO wives had some sort of very rare illnesses.
