I've seen and heard her "thank Jehovah" from center court after winning a match! Sounds like a hard-core dubbie to me...although she doesn't seem to thank him as much when she finishes someplace other than 1st. Wouldn't it have been great if the little Russian girl who beat her not too long ago had said something like, "...and where was your God today?...Maybe HE cannot hear you...or maybe HE is in the privy." From the neck down though she is pretty awesome.

imagine my horror as i walked out of my french class this morning to see someone setting up a table, covered in lovely royal blue felt, with two tiers of watchtower literature attractively displayed.
imagine my chagrin when i realized who the "sister" was who was going to sit outdoors and chat up passersby: my former congregation's po's wife!.
i am not sure what university policy is in general as regards proselytizing on campus (but i intend to find out).
So howz about you set up your table...then go to one of the websites (I think it's Shaun's Research) and print out their, "THINGS YOU CANNOT DO IF YOU BECOME A JW". It lists all the holidays, birthdays, silly crap, etc. that comes with JW life. I think it's about 3-pages long. It's impressive & would make a nice hand-out at your table. I had this idea because I want to do it someday myself when I come across one of their tables. Oh yes, "Good Luck"...oops can't say that.

i was just up at a neighbour's place, standing at the door talking to her, when two dub ladies came up the path on what turned out to be a return visit.
the neighbour said "not today" and hid inside and i dismissed myself, following the ladies out of the yard.
what was strange is that they didn't acknowledge me at all, even though i was right behind them.

i am studying with the witnesess for over a yr now & finally today finished the knowledge book.
i came from a baptist church & since studying with this congregation have grown to appreciate them.
though i donot feel the need ot have the wt at the meetings i understand why the congregation uses them.

Looks like a Cushman. i've got a similar one from the '60's. Mine has a box on the back with a rollup door. Ones like mine were originally used for mail service but too many dogs were tipping them over...or something like that. I'm gonna trick mine out with an extnded fork and put some hydraulics on it so I can take it to the low-rider events. Oh yeah, there's a great scene in one of the Pink Panther movies where Clouseau is driving one/
