  Watchtower Custom Prints Bibles for Babylon (1992)

  i started a thread on this many years ago but did not have the documentation ready.

  i recently unearthed the documentation and have put it into a pdf.. back about 15 years ago my best friend worked for a christian book store.

  he used to order foreign bibles for the store and one evening i was thumbing through a thai bible on the shelf and was dumbstruck.

  Hypocrisy...big time. But even bigger...wouldn't they be guilty of promoting false religion? Afterall, even though this bible may have had the name Jehovah in it, I'd bet dollars to dognuts that it also had the word "cross" instead of "stake", and the infamous "A" left out of John 1:1 and that naughty little comma in Luke 23:43 was probably in the wrong location. The mere fact that they would print bibles for distribution with false teachings in them make them guilty. And I had to turn off the radio when "Hotel California" came on. Whadda bunch of hypocrites!!

  The following is an email I sent and the response I received.

  To Whom It May Concern:
  
  Are you not aware of the history of the Jehovah's Witness Organization, the Watchtower Bible & Tract Society, and their anti-Semitism?
  Yes, while a couple of hundred of their faithful followers died in the camps, their President Joseph Rutherford was trying to cozy up to Hitler. In a well documented letter he slams Jews and the United States. Of course the Watchtower Society does not want the public to know of this. They'd rather jump on the public relations bandwagon and present themselves as martyrs.
  Please do not allow them the opportunity to use the Holocaust tragedy as a way to twist historical facts for their own purpose.
  Please remove them from this important exhibit. Thank you.

  I appreciate you sharing this information. I am in contact with the US Holocaust Memorial Museum who has excellent records on the role of the Witness community during the Shoah. Kinda sounds like I got a canned response. Oh well, couldn't let them get by with a shameful p.r. plug without protesting. -BONEZZ

  Why 6 Billion People Deserve to Die in Armageddon

  jehovah is such a righteous, merciful, loving god -- slow to anger, overflowing with loving kindness and blessing.

  yet it somehow bothers many of you that he will shortly execute his judgment on mankind and wipe out 99.9% of the world's population, as if that somehow is supposed to conflict with his loving qualities.

  personally, i have no idea why many of you feel this way.

  barbara anderson has just released a new book on cd that contains some 5000 pages of public court records from the nine lawsuits involving 16 victims that the wts settled secretly in may of this year, plus documents from two other cases the society settled in 2000 and 2006.. .

  its called secrets of pedophilia in an american religion: jehovahs witnesses in crisis.. .

  Someone mentioned, how can Bethel monitors look at the evidence and not be influenced by it...maybe the GB hires others (not JWs) to monitor. It would make sense to use outside people so they don't have to worry about defectors...and the outsiders don't have the connections and probably wouldn't care as long as they got paid...just a thought.

  This is great news! And I shall order my copy especially since many of the cases were near me in northern CA. I remember one in the Red Bluff area...I wonder if that one is in the files? Is there any possibility of Dateline doing a followup story since Barbara was originally on that segment? Hopefully they have been contacted.

  why was there a group in every hall that pronounced some words like a bad english accent.

  this statement was often echeod to me during my formative years.

  i remember my very first day of elementary school (stateside) at the age of 4. my parents were flustered because they couldn't believe they actually had to start their only child into public school to begin with; after all, the end was right around the corner!

  this was 1984, the year the first apple mac was introduced, 80's music was loud and in your face, the delorean was cool, and miami vice was just in production.

  What's really sad...and scary, is the fact that the new generation of dubs are kept in the dark about these statements and 1975, etc., etc. Of course even if they knew they'd probably still keep their heads in the sand. I know because I have a grown daughter who revels in her stupor. If you try to tell them something you can see them mentally plugging their ears and screaming, "No No No No No No No No." The WTBS....Masters of Brainwashing!

  You know it occured to me that JW's telling their kids that they'll be in the New System before they're out of school is very similar, albeit more harmful, to something that JW's demonize the "world" for doing. Telling their kids that Santa Clause and the Easter Bunny are real. Witnesses might not realize it, but getting their kids hopes up about an upcoming paradise that will be here just around the corner is most likely much more harmful than making them believe in make-believe creatures and people during their younger years.

  I can't remember any "worldly" kids who had nightmares about Santa or the Easter Bunny not being real...BUT I do remember myself having a few sleepless nights about being tossed into an Armageddon induced crevice because I wasn't worthy enough.

  Being born into this so-called religion is equivalent to living a horror movie. Armageddon and the bloody destruction of billions of non-JWs, even baptized JW-slackers, is the GB's Sword of Damocles which they dangle above the true believers and their children.

  -BONEZZ (who tested in the top of the class but barely graduated in 1969 because mom and dad said, "Don't worry about grades. Just get through school because IT won't be much longer." Ok, it's 38 years later and I'm play catch-up!
