T-Shirt I made for sh**s and giggles y'all might like...

hey folks, so i'm trapped on the couch with a baby that will only sleep directly next to me so i thought i'd do some photshop fun stuff.

i ended up throwing this on a t-shirt and thought everyone here would get a kick out of it.

i talked to a current jw today and he told me that it came out in print from the wtbts that you can be a memebr of the ymca as long as you don't associate with the other worldlys that go there..

omg!!!

just a few years ago i was told that i couldn't be at the ymca because it was a christian org.. .

ok I will ask him to produce the article... maybe if he isn't too busy smoking pot he can remember to bring it.

He said he doesn't remember if it was a letter or in the wt.

I laughed and told him well if had known that maybe I'd have stayed in. LOL not a chance I was just joking with him.

He is the drug dealer of his high school....but no worries he will be baptized this November.

How do you deal with shunning ?

my wife and i da'ed ourselves two years ago.

she left because she felt there was no forward momentum in the congregation.. me: because i really started to notice the lack of love and concern amoungst "true christians".

we have gotten to the point now where we will say hello to any jw's we run into, but the total avoidance thing is starting to get somewhat creepy to me.. example : my wife was in target several weeks ago, put her items on the belt and was getting ready to checkout.

Well when I see them run away, I am tempted to stick out my tongue, stick my thumbs inmy ears wiggle my fingers and go booga booga. But I am too mature for that...lol

I have to laugh at their silliness because I am not Df'd or DA'd and they still run like I am the devil.

sister just informed me that even though she went to the latest convention once already in one city she is going to ride with a friend to attend the 3rd.

day of same convention in another city.

because it was just so very interesting, with all the new lite and all.

Kingdom Hall Dreaming

how many of you have had these dreams, where you find yourself at the hall or assembly?.

i have found myself in both scenarios, almost 10 years since i set foot in either, but when i do have these dreams (not often) i do laugh out loud in my dream saying "what the hell am i doing here" and the freinds..... oh how are you, it's so good to see you back.

and the venue is always dark.

I just had a dream last night where I was accussed of lying and taken into the back room. I thought to myslef " wait a minute I am not lying and I am a dult... F&*$ this" and made my escape.
