Absolutely perfect fade! Especially since I don't fear confrontation with them and the fact that I moved 5 hours across the province.
Wow I feel for you guys that are having a hard time fading, I know it can be a hassle at first but if you feel strongly enough about your choice then stick by your guns. Thoese who have been fading for along time, why worry, live upto your choice and quit fretting over phone calls and visits.(Unless you fear loss of family then I understand) I have no contact with witnesses any longer and the one sister quit calling on me since I tried to show her how she is being screwed by the WTBTS. I guess I was an unproductive return visit. LOL. Sorry I havn't posted much but I been kinda busy with living life and kinda lost interest in the Witnoid world, to me its like watching paint dry. I guess im at the stage where i'm over the whole witness involvement and I don't really dwell on it anymore. Still feel for the newbie exits though and wish them the best and for the ones who are helping the newbies find freedom.

Franz and a "New" Witness Organization?

this strikes me as typical "apostate phobia propaganda" - but a "witness" just told me that ray franz started a "new order of jehovah's witnesses" after he was disfellowshipped.. is there any truth to this?

Absolutely false. His demeanor is not even close to being one who would want to start his own private following. He comes across actually quite humble and meek, not one who would try to control others actions. If you read one of his books you will discover this right away, try Crisis of Conscience. Its a great read.

I imagine you heard only another countless witness rumor that they love to create after a ones disfellowshipping.

My story

it's really good to read stories of other people that have experienced some of the same things i have.

i haven't ever posted or even talked to another ex-jw except for my uncle who i have just recently started a relationship with.

the sad thing is that i am 30 years old and i am still struggling with the past....i'm soo sick of it.

Witness girls Party hard in Rome

just came across this guys trip blog through a google image search on jw's.

anyways i found it interesting that toword the very last of his pictures of his trip to rome he has a few of him partying it up with some jehovah's witnesses and being shocked at how different they were from the ones at the door.. i found it funny as i remember being a witness kid and partying, how it felt like such a relief to cut loose, get away from the jw talk, just have fun with friends, and then go to a sunday meeting with a hangover.

Haha! Looks like they knew how to show him a good time. He was burned out and they were just firing up. Thats cool, glad they had a good time but show symptoms of typical dub thinking.

it seems to be the happening place online now and has been around for a long time.

Tommy Calls It Quits

i've been receiving messages from brother and sisters asking why i'm deleting my account.

i really did not write my reasons for deleting my account because i don't want anyone to feel obligated to do the same.

fact of the matter is that, i still feel that myspace may very well be a conscious matter.

Ack I typed a whole post and it didnt post.

For the most part, I have received very loving messages. And I'm going to be honest, it has made it very hard to leave myspace. My heart and even tears have poured out upon reading some of your messages. You have all been very encouraging and have given me more reason to love being apart of Jehovah's Organization

Oh well what I was thinking was that its sad that they find some joy in posting and chatting with friends, only to have the Watchtower snuff it out by disguising it as a matter of conscience. Their just scared a witness surfing the net may dig up information the Watchtower Society is desperatly trying to hide.
