You know where this one hits the hardest. You guessed it right in the $$$$$$. Its not so much the fact that thousands will suddenly leave but people will get retribution for their suffering. Hopefully as this happens ones inside will see the flaws of the system and wake up. It will be curious to see how the Watchtower Society is going to respond to this new threat.

Oh thats great thanks for telling me Serendipity and Seeker. I just looked at the links, thanks for giving it. I hope it can be used right away, if it can and will be put into effect this could most definately be the Watchtowers demise. Im really pumped and hoping it will be.

this milestone essay critically examines one of the religions main publications for teaching their children and new recruits about their blood beliefs, how can blood save your life?
the peer-reviewed essay details many misrepresentations of medical facts, which the religion partly relies on to support its blood prohibition, thus denying its members from making fully informed medical decisions.

For this to be truly effective from what I see is the Government is going to have to be convinced to allow religions to be sued over their teachings, then with mass law cases witnesses may start to wake up. I hope it can be effective right away. How long will it take to have effects? Has this actually been aproved by the Justice system, Can a religion such as the JW's be held accountable in a court of law for their teachings?

Wow! Tuesday night and the topic posts and views are growing and growing. Still no official announcement yet though. I hope it will be as hard hitting as promised and if its what I think it is it just might be the very underming of the Watchtower.

Just came back and read all the posts and wanted to say a welcome to all the newbies. After reading Barb's last post combined with some others I think Ive figured out what it is but I don't want to spoil it for others so im staying quiet. LOL
