I never stated that anywhere. JWs are so quick to assume that if you criticize one member you are criticizing the entire group. I am so glad that I am free of that us vs. them mentality.
If an elder molest a child and it is found out not only will he be removed he'll most likely be DF'd and if he comes back won't be able to hold any privileges ever.
I know of an elder in Maryland who is an accused child molester. He was removed as an elder but never DFed. I heard that he had his privileges removed for only one month! That's nothing more than a slap on the wrist.
What really pisses me off is that I know someone that had their privileges removed for over 6 months for having a "bad attitude"! How is that for justice?
If your house were on fire and your children in danger, would you leave it in Jehovah’s hands to rescue your children? When in immediate danger, parents must act. When will you, or the organization, act against immediate danger?
Bingo. How can any decent person not act or speak out when innocent children are in danger?
In my reply to him I asked where in the Bible does it say that we are supposed sit and twiddle our thumbs and wait for God to take care of every little thing? The Bible commands us to speak out against wrong. If protecting pedophiles isn't wrong, I don't know what is.

WHAT DO YOU THINK OF CHILD BEAUTY PAGENTS?
by Mary ini was watching dr. phil yesterday and they had these women on there who have their daughters entered in beauty pagent contests looking like miniture hookers.
i was stunned when i saw pictures of the one 8 year old girl: more make-up than tammy faye baker, hair pieces, false teeth, fake tan and totally slutty outfits.
she looked like a plastic barbie.

There was documentary about this on HBO called Living Dolls. The mother put all of her time and energy into the pageant kid and practically neglected the other two children.
There was one disturbing scene where she was curling the little girls hair and the girl started crying and saying that she didn't want to compete. I felt so sorry for that poor child. She should have out playing not stuck in a hotel room having her hair and makeup done.

ever considered that the one answering is maybe not a north-american?
His profile states that he is American. Besides, even if English was not his first language, he should know that you are supposed to capitalize the first letter of every sentence. I'm not aware of any language that uses all lower case letters.
I'm of the opinion that if you are going to post something on the internet, especially when you are trying to make a convincing argument, you should make sure that your words are spelled correctly. I can't take a post like that seriously, whether I agreed with his opinion or not.

What Went Thru Your Mind While Sitting at The Meetings?

i'd look at the platform/speaker stand, look like i was paying attention, get antsy, and find another elder to "discuss" something ith.
i just got to the meeting----right before it was to start and if the talkative po decided that his last part was going to go overtime, i'd put on my coat and look at the big clock on my way out in front of everyone and leave for the local bar.

by theinfamousone insee there seems to be some confusion as to whether think is a man or a woman... and since he/she wont set the matter straight, i think i may try..... there are two options, .
a)he is a male who was once enlisted in the school of the infamous one, and thus knows how to make everyone love him... he is a flirt, and is having fun with all the attention.... b) (which is my preference) he/she is a hemaphrodite... he is both sexes... what do you guys think???.
