  remember, it's 27,000 pedophiles that they know about.

  what about the thousands that don't get caught?

  What I find disgusting is using victims pain as a way to direct hate at a religion and causing hate of the type that is very dangerous since it incites hatred on an innocent group rather than the perpartors.

  Innocent?! I pray that you are never sexually abused or assalted. You won't get much help from your wonderful religion.

  Hatred of what is bad is justified.

  just thought this article was interesting in view of what has been said in the last couple of years on the forum about the declining number of elders and servants and those reaching out.

  add to that the large percentage of young teenage boys who leave 'the truth'.

  i can't ever remember this much space in a km being devoted to converting men.. para 2 states: "when a family head accepts the truth, he often influences others in the family to join him in pure worship".

  disfellowshipped persons were told not to sit next to each other and talk because it "looks like they're unrepentant"..

  sure, we would be brought to perfection, and there would be a resurrection, but how about other things?.

  in my years growing up and living as a jw, i never really thought about it that much.
