I think of 2 white people in their mid 20's to mid thirties knocking on your door trying to sell you magazines. People with briefcases, suits, and women with lots of makeup on. :D

People with bad, guilty tones in their voices. The sound of sincerity... the sound of brainwashing...

I'd like to say, that I am not a JW spy agent from the Watchtower Society. I am no one important in this world, and grief with people on here who have been treated so badly by the WTS.

That spying stuff they do is so unChristian. :( Sucks. :(

This is obviously done by the same people who produced that Mormon video, because they both had a cartoon of their most sensitive doctrines.... Being judged by "Elohim, Joseph Smith and the 'Mormon Jesus," and this one shows the JW armageddon where all the non-believers are destroyed, by cartoons are funny. The Mormon one is the best one though... highly recommended!

WOW! i'VE WATCHED IT! AND I LOVED IT!

I wondered what era it was from time to time when watching it... at the end it said copyright 1986 -- When Master of Puppets came out by Metallica, and when Colin Baker was the Doctor on Doctor who -- his last year! :(

Anyway, it's like reading Crisis of Conscience but a condensed video version. It concerntrates on the main themes on that book. I GOT TO SEE RAYMOND! ("I was ashamed for what I took part in.") and Carl Oloff Jonson (I was surprised to see him, looks, in some ways similar to Raymond) with his thick Swedish accent!! :D God bless them.

It was quite interesting to see Charles Taze Russell footage! -- Charles sounds very British!! And to hear that "boxing" commentator voice style of Judge Rutherford! Beth Sarim, and the massive pyramid of Charles was mentioned and video was shown.

I LOVED IT!!! SO WELL DONE, THE VIDEO WAS! I'D GIVE IT 10/10.

IF YOU CAN'T GET A JW TO READ THE BOOK -- GET THEM TO WATCH THIS VIDEO! I SHOULD RATE THIS ON AMAZON ASAP!!! IT'S BRILLANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was very disturbed by some of the things in it, the way some of those people were treated, the guy who suicided, etc.

Only thing of course it doesn't mention is the Watchtower-UN thing, but of course that is crystal ball stuff for the video.

I am surprised how old the video looked, but yet the issues are still current and the borg is still essentially the same thing. It looks older than 1986. My original post said it looked 1970-ish... Yeah, great stuff. 10/10 or 5 stars on Amazon... :)

I LOVE THE CRESCENDO MUSIC!!!! MAKES IT SO MUCH MORE DRAMATIC! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am watching it now, looks like it's 1970s! :D He Narrator has that old school American accent! I'll watch it all and then give me 5 cents* about it.

however, the apologists are corrrect in one respect.. .

many of the scholars quoted and often misquoted by the watchtower bible and tract society in its publications have been divinely inspired.

YES! That's the one! HECTOR HEINZ SCHMIDT! :) LOL He was always very ambitious! :) I didn't know his first name was Hector, he always seemed to only have his middle and last name to everything he did. Hmmmm... a bit odd.

On the subject of Christian scholars, I think Catholics are the best in orthodox Christianity. The New American Bible has excellent scholarship, even though I find it strange how they rearranged some of the verses for some unncessary reason.

There use to be this guy called Heinz Schmidt that was a JW scholar. He had this yahoo web page and thought King James was some sort of loose person... he used some strange word to describe him... I found his site INteresting... and was apart of his yahoo! group. But things got out of hand on it, and he became draconian about what people posted... Maybe having one of those yahoo! groups is quite difficult to handle with weird people comments... But yeah, he seemed to be quite knowledgeable on various things. Apparently he handed this letter out to all the congregations about evidence for the divine name in the New Testament.

Seemed very knowledgeable, I don't neccessarily want to attack the guy, but for some reason he didn't like me much. Got nothing against him... Do any of you know HEINZ SCHMIDT?
