  fema is currently in the process of training religious leaders to instruct their congregations to cooperate with the government in the event of a national emergency.

  the scripture being used to justify this is romans 13 where it says to "submit to the superior authorities" which is being misapplied.. somehow, i have no doubt that the jws are not excluded from this and this will filter down from brooklyn down to the local congregations as well.

  Latest WT study article - preparation for upcoming new light?

  the latest wt study article seemed like an article to prep the masses for 'new light' to be revealed in the very near future.. i have never seen an article like this one where they summarized their 'flashes of light' in their history in this manner and bombarded the minds with the need to accept all and any change within the org.. it could be for the purpose of getting the rank and file to accept a pretty big change or a series of big changes very soon.. what do you think?

  for those you you who still give talks, here's an opportunity for you to promote a viewpoint that the gb does not like.

  this is an article that ray franz wrote back in the 70's that got him into trouble with the gb.

  here, ray presents a very balanced viewpoint regarding the nature of 'sacred service'.

  in his book "in search of christian freedom", ray said that he once wrote an article in the wt when he was a member of the gb regarding sacred service.

  the points he brought out were unlike anything the wt ever published in the past.

  in the article, he stated that sacred service did not merely mean going out in field service but other things such as helping others in need, doing good things for people whether they are witnesses or not, etc.
