OLD ARGUMENT you're posting. Already dealt with.
Do you have anything new or poignant to offer?

thirdwitness / OhHappyDay,
I see you've posted nothing new. All your arguments have been dealt with.
So, I ask again, would you consider discussing a topic not presented on your website?

Fisherman,
The best way to understand it is read an account of a Bethel researcher at the time of the societies initial association:

Amazing,
what I find interesting in the box below is when they say " Jehovah's Witnesses base their religious teachings solely on Gods Word" and then make a reference to page 18, "Does science contradict the Genesis account?" A reading of that section shows that everything they say in defence, and more importantly, in distinguishing themselves from fundamentalists, is NOT written in Gods Word.
For example: p.19 "..before the first creative"day" started, light from the sun was somehow prevented from reaching the earth's surface, possibly by think cloud.(Job 38:9)."

More Quotes
Awake:
In the United Sataes, for example, a survey conducted by newsweek magazine in 2005 found that 80 percent of people "believe the God created the universe"
What Newsweek actually said:

So it's not surprising that, down to the present day, fundamentalist Christians have been suspicious of Darwin and his works—or that in the United States, where 80 percent of the population believe God created the universe, less than half believe in evolution. Some believers have managed to square the circle by mapping out separate realms for science and religion.

New York Times:
At a recent scientific conference at City College of New York, a student in the audience rose to ask the panelists an unexpected question: "Can you be a good scientist and believe in God?"
Reaction from one of the panelists, all Nobel laureates, was quick and sharp. "No!" declared Herbert A. Hauptman, who shared the chemistry prize in 1985 for his work on the structure of crystals.
Belief in the supernatural, especially belief in God, is not only incompatible with good science, Dr. Hauptman declared, "this kind of belief is damaging to the well-being of the human race."

thirdwitnoid,
Its pretty obvious to all that you having nothing left to say regarding this thread, so can I ask:
Would you debate a topic NOT found on your website? If so, can I suggest the September 2006 'Creation Issue' Awake.
Looking forward to you reply.
