Here come the Atheists again! They are so narrow-minded. They think they are so smart. There is no proof for evolution, and there will never be because God Almighty created everything. Look around you Fools!

Are atheists less imaginative about the unknown?

almost every atheist i have ever come across i can get along with well.

i love to debate and talk about the world around us and they seem to as well, but i feel like i get a lot of "eye rolls" from the atheists i speak to.. it's ironic that i am six feet six inches tall because i would describe myself as a man with his head in the clouds.

it's up there most of the time and i feel at home when thinking of the future.

"I went out fishing this morning and decided to go for a swim. I learned that if I hold my breath I could go deeper into the ocean and see all the creatures that live down there. It's another world that I can only experience for just a few moments. I started thinking about the birds that fly like the fish swim in the sea. I can see sky and the clouds but can only see so far. I wonder if there's another world up there, just like the world down here. I can feel the wind but can not see it. I wonder if there's beings up there that are like the air and can not be seen...."

do you have what the wts calls the "earthly hope"?

i know many ex-jws have renounced religion altogether and don't believe in any of these things.

we know the god of the ot was very immoral.

he sanctioned murder, slavery, rape, human sacrifice, and other really bad stuff we'd go to jail for today.

I believe it's instinct. We are able to think and create complex ideas that can override instinct most of the time. But I believe that under the right circumstances complex ideas go out the window and our animal instinct kicks in. We are all capable of evil things.
