The point I was trying to illustrate in my first post is ,to belittle another person because he or she happens to believe in a creator makes you really look childish.If you choose to not believe ,cracking jokes and poking fun at an individual does nothing to further your cause.I'd be more inclined to listen to what you have to say if you went about it in a respectful amnner.

Let's keep it real.Rididcule me as much as you would like ,really it doesn't matter to me .You believe what you want I'll believe what I want .Here's the difference ,I'm just staing what I believe.I won't make any attempt to change your minds.
If you really need to know anything about me I'm more than willing to tell you.
First I'm a black man,African American or any of the other names they give us.
I used to be much like many of you except I was never a witness.I used to be out in the streets slanging yola or cocaine (crack).
I don't make excuses for the things I've done .For those of you who choose to try and belittle those of us who put our trust and faith in Jesus ,you're no better than the JW's.
The last I checked this is a forum to support people not try to tear them down.

I support Shining One 100 % .I really could care less what others have to say. For every piece of evidence found which supposedly proves portions or for that matter the the Bible lacking, I'm able to find other scholars who would disagree.I understand many have gone through much in regards to being part of Jehovahs's Witnesses ,but to constantly belittle Shining one make you no better than what you've all have formerly been part of.I don't make light of the fact ,that many were JW's .I know all to well what it does to one. My wife is constantly being looked down upon by her family members because she refuse to be a part of this org.

Well,
If you have the flu ,try making some tea and adding a touch of boubon , or ,rum ,scotch and basically just rest and keep plenty of fluids.The Alcohol won't cure it but it'll numb you a bit and raise the body temp to keep you warm. I'm not sure that I've ever had the flu before.I've had strep throat which caused by bacteria and I'll tell you it sucks.This occurred about 23 years ago when I was in 8th grade.
I refuse to take the flu vaccination because I really don't need it and I don't like needles.

Did you know of any JW elders or JW pioneers that were "racist"?
by booker-t ini know this might sound like a question from "la-la" land but as a black ex-jws most of the white jw's that i did have contact with were really nice.
i was talking to a hispanic ex-jws the other day and he was telling me of some of the racist experiences he had as a jw.
i did not contradict him but i never experienced racism from caucasian jw's.

What the jokester was saying is blacks always steal and mexicans are always lazy.So if you have a half black and half mexican child he'd be to lazy to steal.
