Our Mother is in a coma :(

karla and i came home for a quick shower and a change of clothes.

we ask that you keep our mother and our family in your prayers.

we posted a few weeks ago that our mother had been diagnosed with pancreas cancer and was given 6-18 months with chemo.

It let me in to get the documents so I grabbed a Proxy and embedded the page .. just wondered if it's showing up for the rest of you. If not I will cut and paste the info and notice what the rules are when it comes to Proxy .. I don't think the Watchtower is telling the truth with their feigning ignorance. There is no way to get by without signing off on this proxy by the Shareholders themselves or an attorney for the Shareholders.

Ok I was going through some old files and found this email from 1-2-2002 .. I clicked on the Engine, Cam and brought up the page below .. I didn't try to go any further because I didn't sign back up for this site when they raised the prices this last time .. deddaisy: (there's alot of info at this site that you've most likely seen already, but the point is that Rand Technologies, Rand Worldwide, etc., etc., (like Coltec) are involved in computer/engineering technologies, electronics. (remember IAS, Information Highway, etc., etc.,) (there's also a photo of drilling on one of the pages at that website)

Interesting! I will try and run these other names in the databases this week at work and see what I can find!

Deddaisy: One filing even states that the stock was donated to the WTS with voting proxy retained ! Another overlooked error?!

I believe the Watchtower has to sign off each year on their proxy statement .. this is something not even McCaan can do for them. This allows him to legally stand in as their proxy but I also believe it has to be filed yearly if not quarterly. The Company would send this directly to the Watchtower to sign off on it.

and my girlfriend of ten years over my studying and putting to practice the bibles values,i realise now that it doesn't matter beacuase i am so happy that i found the truth and jehovah loves me!!

!....i am still going through a changing period but every day is geting better and i will soon be baptized.i always new that there was someting seriously wrong in the world when i was leading a very imoral life,even though i have been succesful in work and have made plenty of money i was never happy but did'nt know what it was until i met a brother..i hope to find lots of new friends here,so please everyone don't hold back!

Death in family/JW funeral

this has been a most dreadful 2 weeks for me.

my mother, a faithful jw, finally died after a long illness.i had been by her side all the way., my brother& wife , the jw ,rarely made an apperance-but showed up at last minute to make sure he got her jewelry.

he rarely showed up because i am not active so not considered good association.also he had no close feelings for her.
