i?ve been researching the references to a great crowd at revelation 7 and 19. it seems to me that there is little doubt that the vision places them in heaven.
naos, enopion, and the reference to heaven in chapter 19 seem pretty conclusive as to their heavenly position to me.
my problem is that, when i read revelation 21:1-4 it seems to me that this is speaking about the same group as the 'a great crowd' at chapter 7 and 19. at 7:15 it says god will spread his tent over this group.
maybe its the wording.......tent of mankind........might be worth looking at other wordings.......
in the New International Version it says:
"Now, the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and god himself will be with them and be their God."
ok maybe not........
but I doubt any other bible uses the expression tent of mankind.

i don't post a lot about my personal life here anymore but i have a situation that i'd like some feedback on.. i have been dating a for about 5 months.
she is a university professor, originally from madrid spain, speaks 3 languages, quite an interesting and intelligent lady.
however, i have also come to find that she is very insecure and somewhat childish emotionally.. she has brought up marriage several times, and i have tried to keep her at bay on this subject, as i just don't know if the relationship has that kind of feeling or not.. the problem is, i don't know what that feeling is supposed to be.
and if I should be happy that I found somebody like her even if I don't feel like "oh my god she is my whole world" and that kind of stuff.
it's just me.........but if I did not feel like someone was my whole world and that kind of stuff..........
It would be easy to walk away.

my favourite band for a long time now is called marillion...not big in usa...bigger in uk and bigger still in europe...i'm sure that the songwriter had been through something similar to myself as many of the songs reflect the exact same feelings and frustrations as me..and many a night i would put on a cd and cry myself to sleep....one of my all time favourite lines in a song..which i wish id written is- when you list all the qualities that you despise..and you realise..you're describing yourself.... anyway on an album called-holidays in eden-(sic)..there is a song called-100 nights- and one verse reads this way:-.

those cadbury eggs are just the best, like a pure jolt of sugar and the fake yolk and white is just too cool.

I Loooooooooooove Gheradelli Chocolate.......Last year I went to San Francisco and went to the factory/shop............OMG the smell.........worth every effort to walk up the hill to get there.
But they had ..........Like toll house chocolates but bigger in size.........I wish I had one now.......so good!!!!! Has anyone ever been there? I imagine now they would have tons of stuff to pick from!
